Fantastic place. It was clean and comfortable. Host had clear rules and guidelines. We accessed the place with no issues.

Completely UnacceptableOur week-long stay at a Stevens Realty VRBO property in Lawton, Oklahoma was one of the worst rental experiences we have had. The water coming out of the faucets was BROWN. The internet did not work. We reported these issues and expected Stevens Realty to take them seriously and get them corrected. Instead, we were left dealing with the problems during our stay with no satisfactory resolution.Brown water and no internet are not minor inconveniences, especially during a seven-day stay. Guests are paying for a property that is supposed to be clean, functional, and equipped with the amenities advertised. When serious problems are reported, management should be responsive and willing to fix them. What was most disappointing was the apparent lack of urgency or concern from Stevens Realty. We gave them the opportunity to address the situation, and based on our experience, they failed to do so. I would not rent from Stevens Realty again, and I would strongly caution other travelers to thoroughly research any property they manage before booking. VRBO should also seriously review properties managed by Stevens Realty when guests report conditions like this. A platform like VRBO should expect better standards from the properties and management companies it allows to advertise to its customers. Seven days of brown water, no internet, and an unwillingness to properly resolve the issues is unacceptable. Avoid this property and, based on our experience, think twice.

Good location. Place was 5-10 minutes to Ft. Sill and local shops and restaurants. Communication was great. Bathroom needed to be touched up again and one of the bedroom sheet sets was full of dog hair. Housekeeper came back. Still found what looked like bbq sauce on one of the pillow cases. I bought my own sheet set from Walmart. Floors and baseboards throughout were dirty and needed to be swept and mopped. There’s only one big wall unit ac in the living room so if you close your bedroom doors for privacy it will get hot. All rooms have ceiling fans but still got hot. One of the beds literally has a sink whole. You lay and you just sink into the bed. That needs replacing. The other bed was nice and firm. Bring your own amenities including towels. 3 stars for location, communication, size of the unit and furnishings with the exception of that one bed. WiFi was down until the night before checkout. WiFi is needed because even with major cell networks, the signal is weak. Overall not a bad place. Cleaner needs to stay on top of things and a few more amenities (extra bathroom towels, soap, shampoo etc.) Coming from a former Housekeeping Manager for Hilton and Marriott hotels.
