Overnight in Traverse Coty

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was good, but on busy street so from our room you can hear the traffic. The property is right on the beach a plus they provide chairs on beach, an eating area patio, and there is a pool. We would stay again, just in a different room.

The floor is very dirty. It’s right on the main road through Traverse City so it was very hard to get to sleep because of the traffic noise. And the bedroom having 2 inch blinds and the outside, light coming through and lighting up the bedroom at night.

Hi Robin! Thank you for your stay and your insight. While the unit you reserved is considered a value-focused unit, offering a better rate for simple amenities and not a beachfront location, I do appreciate your help in making us do better at cleaning the floor and addressing the ability to blackout the windows better for a more comfortable sleep. We do want to make experiences in all of our units the best possible, and we'll work to do better for this unit as well! Thank you and have a great September! We'd love to have you visit again - perhaps in a bayside condo next time! For the love of hospitality, Jonathan P. Property Management

Location was great. Our room was literally in the laundry room area. Had we known we wouldn’t have booked here. Very small. Pool hours needed at 8, which I feel is too early. I felt overall it was over priced for what we got. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Thank you for the feedback. Sorry we didn't meet your expectations. 200 is a smaller unit, and rate wise, the most affordable, well below average rate for on water property. The pool is open during our lobby hours for safety and security reasons. If you do decide to give us another chance, I would love to work with you on a discounted rate for an on water unit. Our pool hours do extend to 9pm from Mid June - October Jamie GM

The staff was amazing. Property was clean, however i would have liked a broom or vacuum for all the sand. Could use some updates in the room specifically, but it was very clean and a wonderful stay. Would go back again!

Clean and Convenient

The hotel was conveniently located on the highway. It was clean and simple to check in. The road nearby was noisy in the morning. Other than that it was a great place to stay while visiting on business.
