Sitting pretty on a waterfront lot, this fully updated condo features all the comforts of home - and then some. Located in the gorgeous Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, plenty of activities will vie for your attention, including golf courses, a sparkling community pool, and lots of shopping and dining options. Head to Baytowne Wharf and Marina to hop on a fishing charter, then grab coffee, a sweet treat, drinks, or dinner. The tram offers easy access to Baytowne and the rest of the resort, as well as to the beach right across Hwy. 98, where you can dip your toes in the gorgeous blue water of the Gulf.

At home, the bright, modern space features an open floor plan and abundant natural light. Lovely views from each room differ, and include the lake, the 14th hole of the Links Golf Course, and the surrounding resort. Spend mornings sipping coffee and evenings sipping cocktails on the waterfront balcony, and downtime at home relaxing together in the living room. The chef will love the sleek kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances and tons of gleaming counter space, including two breakfast bars.

After a day in the sun, cool off in the central AC while the in-home washer/dryer makes quick work of the day’s clothes. A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Very nice condo

We loved how clean it was. We loved the ground level and large patio. Well stocked and very nice updated condo. Will stay again.

It was okay

The property itself is very pretty and located in a nice, safe area. However, we had some frustration that caused our trip to not be the most relaxing. When we arrived at the property, we learned quickly the bedrooms did not have over head lighting, only lamps. The outlet on the left side of the bed was not working in the master room so charging phones and turning on a lamp was not possible and that was a little off putting. We realized the very next day that our washer wasn't working. We called the vacasa number listed in the short instructions sheet located on the counter, and was given a rather rude employee who obviously didn't want to be bothered. He sarcastically asked if I had turned on the washer properly and if the water valve was on. The valve was not in a place where it could be accessed so I couldn't answer that question. Someone came by the next day, and it was exactly that the valve was off. The person we talked to was a maintenance person at the resort and he was very nice and helpful. The next morning we lost internet and cable. I called the same number again and was told it was my responsibility to call the internet provider and find out what was going on, keep in mind I had ZERO account information. 45 minutes later, I am finally told it was an outage in the area and they had no idea when it would be back on. It was out for 3 days which really put a damper on our trip. Not thrilled. Like I said, nice property, pretty location, but not a great experience.

Vacasa ruined it for me

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with our recent rental experience at Harbor Pointe 907 in Sandestin, Miramar Beach, Florida. We have rented through Vacasa twice before and were previously satisfied, which makes this situation all the more disappointing. We chose this particular property because it included a six-seater golf cart and was located in a gated, golf cart-friendly community—key features that influenced our decision. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations due to the following issues: • There were no keys provided for the golf cart or pool at check-in. • We received no directions on where the pool or the golf cart were located. • The unit had no operational TVs, no hangers for clothing, and trash left in the garbage from the previous guests. After driving six hours to get there, we made two phone calls to Vacasa customer service and were told to go to the local office. We arrived at 4:55 PM (well before the listed 5:00 PM closing time), only to find the door locked and the staff member visibly leaving. Despite flagging him down and asking for help, he drove away without offering any assistance. The next day around 1:30 PM, someone finally delivered keys for the golf cart and pool. However, the golf cart was filthy, mechanically unreliable, and completely unsafe. Upon using it, I discovered that: • The top speed was 4 mph, making it unusable for travel within the community (where speed limits are between 19–23 mph). • The brakes were essentially non-functional, making stopping extremely difficult and dangerous. I reported this immediately and was told an inquiry would be submitted. I continued calling every day of our five-day stay, with no follow-up, no resolution, and at one point was told there was no record of my previous contact—despite my having proof of phone calls and text messages. By the end of our stay: • We never received a functioning golf cart, despite it being one of the main reasons for choosing this rental. • We never got working TVs, nor follow-up regarding the cleanliness and basic amenities. • We were forced to waste time and energy chasing Vacasa staff for help that never arrived. My family and I did our best to enjoy our trip, but it was a frustrating and exhausting experience that could have been avoided with proper attention to service and hospitality. I believe a refund or appropriate compensation is warranted given the multiple issues we encountered, and the failure to deliver on core features that were advertised.

Not what I expected for the price I paid

There were several issues mainly cheap furniture that was not sturdy or safe to sit on. My grandson who weighs less than 50 pounds fell off the chair when the leg fell off. The pots and pans are rusted and scratched up. You would need a tetanus shot to eat off them, the floors have dips in them, molding is moldy and all messed up in the bathroom and around the sliding glass door. The patio could not accommodate more than 2 people, and when I asked about it and said I paid for an outdoor space for 4, they changed the sign. So we were afraid to use. The couches were stained and hard for my elderly parents to get in and out of and the beds were very uncomfortable. The washing machine actually tore up my mothers clothes and everything turned purple. We found the remnants of a bathing suit and can only assume that’s where the color came from. I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed by all these issues. We were celebrating my Dad’s 85th birthday and for the price paid, I expected an exceptional unit with all the comforts of Home. I called the reality company several times, they took my complaint and ghenknku tome I heard back was when they sent someone to tighten the legs on the chairs - the one that collapsed on my grandson.
