Sitting pretty on a waterfront lot, this fully updated condo features all the comforts of home - and then some. Located in the gorgeous Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, plenty of activities will vie for your attention, including golf courses, a sparkling community pool, and lots of shopping and dining options. Head to Baytowne Wharf and Marina to hop on a fishing charter, then grab coffee, a sweet treat, drinks, or dinner. The tram offers easy access to Baytowne and the rest of the resort, as well as to the beach right across Hwy. 98, where you can dip your toes in the gorgeous blue water of the Gulf.

At home, the bright, modern space features an open floor plan and abundant natural light. Lovely views from each room differ, and include the lake, the 14th hole of the Links Golf Course, and the surrounding resort. Spend mornings sipping coffee and evenings sipping cocktails on the waterfront balcony, and downtime at home relaxing together in the living room. The chef will love the sleek kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances and tons of gleaming counter space, including two breakfast bars.

After a day in the sun, cool off in the central AC while the in-home washer/dryer makes quick work of the day’s clothes. Watch a bit of TV or use the free WiFi to upload the day’s pics to social media before bed. Whether you're here to unwind or explore, you’ve found the perfect hideaway at Harbour Point!

THINGS TO KNOW
A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Loved the area but would choose a different unit

I read current review about golf cart issues and pool keys. I contacted vacasa the day before we left and confined the issues were fixed. I did not want to drive 7 hours to arrive with problems...well that's not what happened. The main reason we booked this unit was for the golf cart but when we picked it up it did not have functioning brakes or brake lights. This is extremely dangerous, so I contacted vacasa and was told my concern was passed to local team. I never heard anything from anyone. The pool key is not labeled and supposedly attached to cart key but that key did not provide access to the pool so we could not use it. I thought gym was also included but when my daughter tried to go she was told she had to be a member. The amenities were the reason we chose this unit only to be disappointed. I expect a refund for non operable golf cart at the very least. The unit is comfortable and proximity it great but it needs a few items that are essential in my opinion: the kitchen has 5 forks, 4 are child size. 3-4 spoons, no pot holders or trivet, no baking sheet. The oven does not shut completely (it seems like it does but the light comes on). The floors in the bathrooms are dangerously soft. I am not a big person at all and I was worried the floor would give way in front of the tub. There are 2 brooms but no dust pan so trying to clean up sand was a challenge. I addressed all issues as soon as discovered and vacasa was quick to respond by text but NOTHING was done to fix the issues while we were there. If these issues are addressed the unit would be great but until that is done I would not book this unit again. The area is wonderful but this unit needs work and access to amenities to be rectified. This was our first trip to the area and I'm a bit disappointed with our stay.

Wonderful San Destin beach condo

Everything you want in a vacation. Beautiful remodeled condo. Amazing water and golf course views. The beach is close and the pool is closer. The community was beautiful and clean. The 6 seater golf cart made getting around so easy. We never used our car after arriving.

Horrible

The floors in the bathroom are very weak. You feel like you are going to fall through the floor getting out of the showers. The window in the front bedroom wouldn’t lock. The door in the laundry room was falling off. The towel rod in the shower was broken off and just sitting on the counter. The tv in the master bedroom didn’t work. The washer and dryer would stop working in between loads. The golf cart went down for maintenance for our entire stay. I called multiple times to get ahold of a supervisor and no one called me back.

Very nice condo

We loved how clean it was. We loved the ground level and large patio. Well stocked and very nice updated condo. Will stay again.

Not what I expected for the price I paid

There were several issues mainly cheap furniture that was not sturdy or safe to sit on. My grandson who weighs less than 50 pounds fell off the chair when the leg fell off. The pots and pans are rusted and scratched up. You would need a tetanus shot to eat off them, the floors have dips in them, molding is moldy and all messed up in the bathroom and around the sliding glass door. The patio could not accommodate more than 2 people, and when I asked about it and said I paid for an outdoor space for 4, they changed the sign. So we were afraid to use. The couches were stained and hard for my elderly parents to get in and out of and the beds were very uncomfortable. The washing machine actually tore up my mothers clothes and everything turned purple. We found the remnants of a bathing suit and can only assume that’s where the color came from. I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed by all these issues. We were celebrating my Dad’s 85th birthday and for the price paid, I expected an exceptional unit with all the comforts of Home. I called the reality company several times, they took my complaint and ghenknku tome I heard back was when they sent someone to tighten the legs on the chairs - the one that collapsed on my grandson.

It was okay

The property itself is very pretty and located in a nice, safe area. However, we had some frustration that caused our trip to not be the most relaxing. When we arrived at the property, we learned quickly the bedrooms did not have over head lighting, only lamps. The outlet on the left side of the bed was not working in the master room so charging phones and turning on a lamp was not possible and that was a little off putting. We realized the very next day that our washer wasn't working. We called the vacasa number listed in the short instructions sheet located on the counter, and was given a rather rude employee who obviously didn't want to be bothered. He sarcastically asked if I had turned on the washer properly and if the water valve was on. The valve was not in a place where it could be accessed so I couldn't answer that question. Someone came by the next day, and it was exactly that the valve was off. The person we talked to was a maintenance person at the resort and he was very nice and helpful. The next morning we lost internet and cable. I called the same number again and was told it was my responsibility to call the internet provider and find out what was going on, keep in mind I had ZERO account information. 45 minutes later, I am finally told it was an outage in the area and they had no idea when it would be back on. It was out for 3 days which really put a damper on our trip. Not thrilled. Like I said, nice property, pretty location, but not a great experience.
