Dear Patty, I trust this message finds you well. I would like to address the concerns you raised regarding your recent stay at the property managed by myself. Regarding the fire safety measures, I wish to assure you that the property is in full compliance with the Quincy fire code. For additional verification of these safety measures, I kindly invite you to reach out directly to the Quincy Building Department. On the final morning of your four-day visit, I was informed of an issue with the heating system at the early hour of 5 a.m. via the VRBO platform. While the initial contact number you utilized was that of my property manager, who was on vacation at the time, I personally responded to your message at 7:46 a.m. Upon realizing the confusion, I immediately clarified my direct contact number for any further assistance. Upon learning of your difficulty in operating the thermostat, I took it upon myself to attend to the matter in person. During my inspection, it came to light that the motor of the newly installed furnace had unfortunately malfunctioned. To mitigate the lack of central heating, I promptly supplied portable heaters for your comfort and expedited the repair process by arranging for an HVAC technician to service the furnace that very day, despite it being a Sunday. I assure you that at no point did I convey the sentiment that your concerns were unimportant. Be honest in your review and wordings. Even when faced with confrontational and condescending behavior from you, I remained committed to professional conduct and focused on resolving the issue at hand. In an effort to express my apologies for the inconvenience caused, I extended the gesture of a gift card along with ensuring the immediate repair of the heating system same day. From the depths of my heart, I assure you that I explored every possible avenue to restore warmth and comfort regarding your stay. The unexpected malfunction of the heating system was an event that I took very seriously, and my immediate priority was to address your needs and concerns. As I reflect on the day's events, I am genuinely perplexed as to what more I could have done to turn the situation around and ensure your final day with us was filled with contentment. I take great pride in the level of service provided to all guests, as evidenced by the consistent five-star ratings and positive reviews
