Home is perfectly located, walking distance to the Empire Polo Grounds that host the festival Coachella and Stagecoach, located near Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Joshua Tree National Park, Palm Springs and ton of shopping!



You will not regret making this desert paradise your family vacation destination! This single level 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom gives off elegant, modern yet homey vibes. Kitchen comes fully stocked with all your cooking essentials, new stainless steel appliances, gas top stove and a large kitchen island for you to cook/prep your meals. Enjoy a night in with your friends and family while you binge watch your favorite show on Netflix with your favorite movie snacks in the Living room. You may also notice the gas fire place in the Living room too, which is the perfect amenity when you either want to grab a glass of wine or snuggle up on the couch. Master bathroom is spacious that comes with large mirrors, a his & hers sink, and lastly a vanity. Each bedroom you`ll notice has their own unique vibe that comes with tasteful decor picked with you in mind. During your stay, don`t forget to savor those early morning sunrises while taking in those impeccable golf course views with your cup of coffee. This shaded patio has so much to offer, including the Smart TV and the grill for you to enjoy a day of BBQ-ing. Take advantage of our private pool and jacuzzi in our fully fenced backyard. Guests have full access to this 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home, 2 car garage and 2 car driveway. Guests also have access to the Golf course and all the amenities the Club house has to offer. Please reach out to us prior to your stay if you`d like to take advantage of the amenities the Club house has to offer.



Home is located in gated community Indian Palms Country Club. The neighborhood features a 27 hole championship golf course, a clubhouse for food and drinks. The country club also has a gym, tennis and pickle ball courts available for use.



Home is conveniently located near many attractions such as Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, Joshua Tree, El Paseo, Indian Wells Tournament Garden and more!



When entering the community, you must enter the front gate on Monroe Street @ Indian Palms County Club.



Uber and Lyfts and Food deliveries are more than welcomed to enter the community by the security gate.



There`s no overnight street parking allowed. Doing so may lead to a possible fine or tow from HOA.



There will be a $75 daily pool heating fee if you choose to heat the pool. This just covers the gas bill to heat the pool. Please note that the our heating system does not allow us to heat the pool and jacuzzi at the same time.



Trash day is on Mondays, please place trash in the bins and the trash servicer will open the gate and empty the bins. Trash bins are located at side of home past the AC unit.



Due to HOA restrictions, only 4 guest per reservation are permitted to use the community amenities. Please reach out with any questions.

**The pool and jacuzzi is not fenced in**



By accepting this rental through Airbnb, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests. You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.



You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.
