Only difficulty we had was finding the parking spot and condo. We were coming in at night in the rain so that didn’t help. Our stay was brief but we enjoyed it while we could.

Beautiful condo with lots of sleeping spaces!!! Plenty of room to cook and have meals. Beautiful views of the golf course! So close to the beautiful beaches and resort restraunts and amenities. Host was very responsive and did amazing seetting up to walk into a Happy Birthday Surprise ;)

Fantastic apartment!

We had a wonderful stay! It was comfortable and incredibly clean. We were celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday with a couple of her friends and it was just absolutely perfect.

Perfect Getaway

The accommodations lived up to our expectations. A beautiful morning and mountain view greeted us each day. The Turtle Bay resort, beach, and golf course were just a short walk from the residence.

Great home

Enjoyed the home. Nice additions like body boards, beach chairs, beach towels and snorkels. Very clean and comfortable. A little dated, but a great find!!!

Quiet and relaxing

Wonderful location on the North Shore. We love splitting our time between here and Waikiki. Accessible to local markets, beaches, and restaurants. Rental was clean, had beach gear available for use. Hopefully will acquire some more kitchen supplies as time passes. Kids loved having their own space in the loft Air conditioning through out the unit was a definite plus in the summer. Look forward to coming back.

The Perfect Retreat

We loved staying here! Turtle Bay is the ideal location for staying on the North Shore - right in the middle of La'ie and Hale'iwa. Plenty of amazing beaches in either direction and lots of food trucks closeby. The condo was clean. Amazing views of the golf course from the lanai. We appreciated having beach chairs - we used them everyday. Having 3 beds and a bathroom with a shower in the upstairs loft was amazing! Master bed is comfortable. The upstairs beds are a little hard. Could use a sharp knife but otherwise kitchen was well equipped. Super nice to have a/c throughout. Highly recommend - we would definitely stay here again!

I gave 5 stars in many areas, but overall only 3 so I will explain why. The condo was very clean, beds comfy, AC works great, kitchen well stocked, communication was flawless and there are awesome beach chairs & boogie boards. The showers however were awful.Toilets & vanities have been updated but I have never showered in such a run down dingy shower. I rushed through showers becasue I was grossed out. They were clean, but they are stained, patched and the surrounding sheetrock is cracked and peeling. Both showers are this way. If that doesnt bother you, this place is great. I wouldnt stay again because of it though. I have been in 5 units in the Turtle Bay condos and there are others in the same price range with decent showers. This was the best AC out of those 5 though! And maybe the most comfy beds. None are perfect so it's a matter of what is important. Showers are important to me and I wish a review had mentioned their state of disrepair so I'm simply imforming the consumer. We love this area though, the pools are great, we bbq'ed fish we caught at the grills there. Short walk to beach for decent snorkeling and hotel with a gorgeous sunset bar (music), excellent food, early morning coffee and beach trails. Other reviews mentioned bad internet and the check out process but our internet was great & at check out they simply ask you to take out garbage and start the dishwasher and that's to keep away bugs so it makes sense and wasnt a big deal. Overall a good time was had.

Jill was a wonderful guest—she left the home in great condition and was easy and pleasant to communicate with throughout her stay. We truly appreciate her detailed feedback. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and we’re glad she found the home, beds, and amenities comfortable and well maintained. The bathrooms in this unit are part of an ongoing phased renovation, and while the showers are professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay, they have not yet been fully updated. We understand that this aspect did not meet her expectations, and her comments are helpful as we continue prioritizing future improvements. It was a pleasure hosting Jill, and we’re happy to hear she enjoyed the area and overall stay.

Stayed for 6 nights for a family vacation mid November. Review is not meant to be negative, just honest, place is decent but far from great. Pros:Location- perfect spot for north shore base campKitchen- probably the best stocked VRBO/BnB kitchen I have seen, everything you would reasonably need is provided and there are lots of extra gadgets (blender, coffee grinder lots of knives, etc), well set up kitchenAir conditioner- works great, we are from Alaska and slept comfortably every nightCondition of house- very well kept and maintained, very clean when we arrivedCons:Internet: if you have work to do while you are here and need internet, do not book, internet did not work once while we were there, as a result neither did the Smart TV. Not a huge deal, but if you have a child that goes to sleep early and takes naps throughout the day and your plan is to relax at the house and do something using the internet, good luck. Host was notified but not helpfulCost- not really much savings versus a hotelCleaning- seems pretty ridiculous to pay 3300 to stay 6 nights at a place and then be asked to start the dishwasher, unmake the beds, start the laundry, take all of the trash out and leave the house basically clean. I understand not leaving the house a mess, but dang, 3300 after taxes and fees you would think would cover some cleaning.All in all, not a bad place but probably I would look for another as there are many like it that potentially value your business.

Wonderful guest! Michael left the place spotless and was very easy to communicate with. We did experience an internet issue during his stay, which caused a significant inconvenience. The cable company has since resolved the problem and replaced the necessary equipment. Regarding our checkout procedures, we simply ask that — if guests have the time — they please strip the beds and start a load of laundry.
