Expansive Luxury home minutes to Disney, close to all parks!

Our villa is one of the largest 6 bedrooms in the resort. It offers stunning 9 ft ceilings and over 4000 sq ft of fun under one roof. Situated on a lovely street with two culdesacs-one on each end-gives lots of privacy. Our street is one of the most desirable spots in the resort, We are a minute walk from the clubhouse. No need to get in the car, just walk across the street and you are there.
This villa boasts two king master suites, the first on the lower level with a beautiful view of the pool. The second is a luxe suite with sitting area, large oversized modern shower and separate room for your lavatory. For the kids, full size built in bunk beds are spanning the length of the wall, themed in a fun and tasteful minion decor. Accompanied by a full minion themed bath that the kids will love. All of our rooms are equipped with flat screen tvs that are roku equipped for your viewing pleasure.
Poker anyone? Our villa offers a private room designated to playing your favorite games. Our poker table is easily converted to bumper pool for those who choose. Across from the poker room you will find our Star Wars themed game room. The kids will never want to leave.. This well Equipped game room has a designated gaming section, with an Xbox and gaming chairs., decorated to make the kids feel like they are playing on the mother ship. Also equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey and plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy!
There are two living areas in the villa. The
first is designed with a beautiful fireplace tv wall, professionally designed, with ambient lighting accompanied by a comfy upscale leather couch looking out to the beautiful lanai. Lovely place to relax after a fun filled day at the parks. The second living area is upstairs, adjoining the bedrooms. It is a great place for family to gather to watch a movie after dinner, shower and snuggle up to unwind and get ready for another day of magical memories. All of this Close to Disney and all that Orlando has to offer. We would love to host you!

This is an amazing property especially for the price. We could easily enjoyed staying at the rental and had an amazing time versus going anywhere. They had a multitude of towels which was amazing because not all rentals do. Everything is super close and the big pool is pretty much across from the backyard. The owners were amazing to work with. I can’t say enough great things about this place.

Myself, husband, and 4 girls (16, 10, 5,and 3) had a wonderful time at this home. The resort being a minute walk was convenient with kids. We arrived on Saturday and the resort was full. But as the weekend went so did a lot of traffic and people using resort amenities. The weekdays were peaceful, and the resort had plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and had everything we needed just like we were at home. Kitchen was well stocked, mattress in master bedroom was comfortable, kids rooms were perfect. Enjoyed our stay. If you want a house with pool while being close to resort style pools, this is a great location.

Awesome experience a few learning curves due to first Vrbo experience. Minor things like making sure to pickup laundry detergent, and minor consumables like trash bags, paper towels, and TP as there was a limited supply and not enough for the length of our stay. But great place comfortable rooms plenty to do. Will definitely be staying again!

We enjoyed our stay very much, Kim is a great host she made sure we had everything we needed. Great location and amazing resort pool area! The kids loved the pool slide.

Great stay and great host!

This property was excellent. 12 of us just stayed with children ranging from ages 7 to 18 and all were entertained! The games room was excellent and TVs galore for everyone. Having a private pool was great too though we loved going to the community pool. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful clean home! We enjoyed being located in easy walking distance to the clubhouse. My children have already requested the same exact vacation, for next summer!

Well equipped house for a large group and all ages. Having the resort center across the street was very convenient! Highly recommend this property!

Approximate location to Disney is good. Really enjoyed having our own pool (note charged daily to heat). Very spacious house. Host provide local recommendations that were helpful. Instead of relaying this info to every renter, maybe put a notebook together. The option of using Resort amenities is a plus. The house does need a deep cleaning. Some annoyances: no coffee filters available (pack one if you get in late and want coffee first thing in the morning), one stove burner didn't work, found beer and bottle caps in garbage disposal (had to remove). Be aware if you like it cooler in house, not allowed to set thermostat lower than 71. We would consider returning some day.

Relaxing getaway

Everything about this place, including the owner, is incredible. I slept so good in this house! It's relaxing, quiet, comfortable, and the clubhouse is right across the street which is nice because you just walk a few steps and you can enjoy music, food and drinks! Would highly recommend and I plan on staying there again. Kim, the property owner, is excellent! Thank you for the wonderful stay ❤️

Recent family gathering

Property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and to be together. Very convenient to clubhouse just have to cross a main street in the development.

Entertainment for all ages

We spent a long weekend at this property with two families including 6 kids. The resort and home amenities kept us so entertained that we only left the property once. Kim was very communicative both before and during our stay. We would absolutely stay again if we went to Orlando.

Absolutely Gorgeous Getaway

This is my 2nd time booking a place thru Vrbo. I have to say Kim is the best host. My family of 9 drove from NJ/NY to Florida. She not only contacted me in advance but also made sure we were able to get into the house. The house is gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so comfy especially after driving 20hrs. It was quiet and peaceful. Kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. Definitely booking again when we come down next time. ❤️🌹

Fantastic

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in a wonderful home. There is definitely something for everyone. This was a special holiday for my daughters 40th birthday and my grandsons, all of whom have a degree of autism and other disability issues. They didn't know what to do first! If we ever have the opportunity to go back we would definitely book with Kim and Rob again. They were fantastic hosts, keeping in touch, checking that everything was ok. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again, Kim and Rob.

Delighted in Davenport, Fla.

What a great location, close enough to Orlando but without the noise ! The house is so roomie with an interior designers touch, plus a magical "Star Wars" game room .. pool table, bumper pool , air hockey ,foos ball all just enough playtime for our family while away from Disney's parks ! There's even a separate card room for those whom love to play cards, scrabble, monopoly..you name it ! I especially loved their lanai with the heated pool , just the right temp too ! Plus literally across their street , in this private community, is a club house with a cafe, order your wraps, burgers , soda, cocktails and grab a table ! But then the best is the amazing pool, waterslide, lazy river and changing /restrooms. Honestly, I preferred this kinda stay over any hotel ! Its was like a resort without the resort prices !!

Super fun house!

We wish we could have stayed longer! We came to Florida to visit the theme parks… adults and teenagers. There were 8 of us. 2 couples and 4 teens. Everyone had their own room with plenty of space and privacy. The garage/game room was a big hit. Everyone had fun in the pool. We spent one day at the resort clubhouse… grateful for a gym and the kids froze in the lazy river. So it was nice to come back to the heated pool at the house. We spent most of our time in the family room, played games and watching movies. It was nice to rest and relax after busy park days. Our host, Kim, was super gracious. Called me right after I booked the property, again before the visit and then checked on us throughout the stay. 10/10 would go again!

Highly recommended. This house was exactly what we we’re looking for.

After our original rental cancelled at the last minute we found this property and inquired about its availability. What a blessing. Kim the property owner immediately got back to me and made what could have been a stressful time so seamless. We arrived late at night and Kim still greeted us virtually to ensure we got into the house ok. We were great with a bottle of wine and snacks. The house was extremely clean and beautiful. The house set up was perfect for us with two families of 4 and and two grandparents. Kim continually checked in with us through text and offered up suggestions we may like in the area, her hospitality was lovely and very much appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here, dealing directly to the super nice property owners was much more appealing than dealing with property managers who are often hard to get a hold of. Thank you Kim and Rob for everything
