This was our second time staying at the Condos. Overall the room was clean. My one and only problem was the AC filter was filthy.

This property is so clean. Everything was so simple and easy from start to finish. We loved the beach here and the room. There are many restaurants within walking distance too! There is a small restaurant on the way out to the beach which was so nice!

This was a nice clean place. Everyone was very nice, even the other guests. It was really nice to be right on the beach because all you had to do was take your items down and enjoy the beach. You will need to get up in the morning and go down to have staff take chairs and umbrellas closer to the water and have them ready for you by the time you get there to enjoy the day. My grandson was in heaven!!!! Conveniently located for food and shopping. Great stay!! Will be doing it again.

Vacation

Loved the room! Very clean, plenty of towels and wash cloths. The room is an efficiency and was fine for just 2 people. Nice view of the beach!

My stay

Overall the stay was okay, there were a few things that were not cleaned. The air vent in the bathroom was very dusty, spots on the floor were sticky, and the room had a slight smell of marijuana. The pool was down and I wish I would have known this prior to booking. It was not in the listing.

First I will give you the few things I would improve on. It was self check in. And from the instructions, I expected to find the car parking tag in our unit to be placed in the car. It was not. I had to go down to the office, complete opposite side of the building, and essentially check in with them to get the car tag. Second though the unit itself was clean, the dishes were not and there us no dishwasher to sanitize them. However, these two things were relatively minor for our trip. This was a great place for a quick, inexpensive girls' trip beach weekend. The unit itself was clean and we loved the balcony overlooking the beach. It was a great location, walking distance to Pier Park and many other restaurants and cute little beach shops.

There was no mention that this was under a property management company. No way to look up the people I would be interacting with. I met ALL the terms on the VRBO listing and paid in full, on time. AFTER that, and **nowhere in the listing** the management company demanded that I sign addition waivers, that I release additional rights to them. When I refused, they would not give me the door code. I spent hours and hours (and several rotating people at the management company) trying to resolve this through VRBO (spoiler: all those "we'll give you a better place if anything goes wrong ads are untrue, they do not support us customers). Ultimately, since I was sitting in a parking spot at PCB...I had to sign. Then, since one of my children just turned 18, they wanted me to RESIGN their extra contract with personal information about my child. I was unwilling to do so, as it was never in our VRBO agreement. Ultimately, they kept all my money and never released the room to me. I had to get a second place on the first day of spring break and try to recover the funds through my credit card. I am filing complaints with the local board, BBB and other regulatory offices... neither VRBO nor the management company ever attempted to correct their mistakes. I would strongly advise everyone to use this as a cautionary tale and stay AWAY from this property and Southern Vacation Rentals.
