Was a great place to stay, right on the beach, and convenient. Room was clean and was great for our family. Only had a few complaints. For one, we did have to buy all supplies, including soap and trash bags, which should have been included, as well as clean towels and washcloths after a few days, especially since there’s no washer and dryer included. So, make sure you bring extra towels with you. As far as security, the front door did not feel secure and could have been easily been broken into.Overall, would definitely stay there again.

Cute room with a nice view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! Only complaint is the icemaker for the floor is right outside the door so it can be loud when you’re trying to sleep.

Summer vacay

We wanted a place on the beach to relax for awhile and this place was that. It was dated and parking on site was a nightmare! We started parking across the street and that was much better. Overall, it was an okay place, nothing fancy and . We did enjoy our stay.

Nice view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great with a great view of the beach and located above the pool area. The condo did have a smell to it not sure what it was. Think it may have been coming from the AC. The condo was clean when we walked in. I would stay again if I know the place don't have a smell.

Cozy beach condo

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of parking, 2 parking decks. Larger vehicles should park at the deck across the street, more room and height clearance. The complex pools, lazy river and hot tubs were great! Easy access to the beach. The condo had plenty of room and was well kept. The kitchen needed a larger frying pan. It only had one and it was very small. Other than that it had everything you would need. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Description of swimming amenities is deceiving

The condo was lovely and clean with a beautiful ocean view. The additional pool and hot tub were being rebuilt and were closed. The “adult” hot tub and lazy river were riddled with kids and parents ignored them. We had to avoid the area altogether.

Linda, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We take pride in providing clean and comfortable accommodations. Unfortunately, we have no control over the resort when they schedule maintenance for the grounds. Overall, we are glad to know you did have a good time in Myrtle Beach. It has so much to offer and hopefully you experienced as much as possible. The next time the beach calls you back, please keep us in mind! We'd very much would like to have you as a guest!

Our yearly adult vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good. Could of used an additional blanket because I don’t sleep with the bedspread. The cleaning could be a tad better but overall it was great!I noticed there were stains all over the chair in living. Could be replaced or just removed.

Okay stay

The condo is decent, it is a little small. The elevators need air flow as when they were busy you get extremely hot. AC units drain water directly on to the balcony leaving standing water on the balcony. There was an ice machine directly outside of our door which was very noisy late at night and early on the morning.

Very dirty

We stayed there for 6 days. Since I checked in, the floors we’re disgusting. We ended up going to Target to get a mop to clean the floors. It took 8 swiffer wet cloths to clean it. I wish I could update a picture here. There is a disclaimer on the contract that we pay for the cleaning but if its not clean, they wont reimburse the cleaning. The resort was also very dirty. Elevator always super wet and gross with sand. All the days we were there didn’t see not even once someone clean the elevator. It was also very slippery due to the wet floors. Would not recommend at all. I did send the pictures to the host and all I got was thank you for the feedback.

We did speak to you over the phone and housekeeping would have gladly returned to the unit to correct the issue. Please keep in mind that we only represent the unit and not the resort itself. The elevators are issues beyond our control. We do appreciate you choosing to book with us and wish that your stay was more enjoyable.
