Our cozy and exceptionally clean 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom Bunkhouse is the perfect haven for those seeking a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Please Note: When booking for up to 4 guests, an air mattress will be provided. Please make sure to request the air mattress when making the reservation.

We offer horse boarding at an additional cost ($45 per horse). Please request upon booking to make sure we have enough occupancy. If you're bringing a horse, we will provide you with a waiver upon arrival.

Our charming guest house is tastefully decorated with a touch of rustic charm, featuring plush furnishings, soft linens, and modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Great stay

We were looking for something different near the bourbon tour in Kentucky. Love the farm location with the friendly dogs on the property and beautiful horses. The space was finished perfectly very very comfortable and the hosts were great. Stay here you’ll be very happy!

Country Experience

We loved the Bunkhouse. Like a real bunkhouse but with all the luxuries of home. A must stay if you are sick of run of the mill hotels. Wake to the sounds of nature and horse ranch life. So much better than city sounds. And minutes from town. We enjoyed it immensely!

Trip didnt go as planned

We did not get to stay on the property, as they had an issue with being double booked. But Michelle did find my husband and I another location to stay. It was not what we were expecting. We did get a free trail ride so that was a great experience.
