Second time staying here, even better this time around. House is great and very well appointed, outside pool area is excellent, views are really good, especially from the third floor deck. As before, Beach Boutique management firm was great, superb communication . I would highly recommend No Tan Lines

Absolutely beautiful property, tastefully decorated and totally equipped for a short stay. Perfect for my y family vacation with small children and adults alike. The beach and pool made for a lovely time.

We had a great time, house is well appointed, view is awesome. I cannot say enough good things about the management company, Beach Boutique Rentals. The few minor things that came up were quickly resolved, Julia and Brad were great. We will definitely return

The house was clean and as advertised. Suggestions:The pool entertainment area with fire pit, big screen tv and table and chairs is wonderful. However the constant 62 to 70 decibel drone of the pool and spa equipment detracts from the usability and enjoyment of the area. It would be so much better if a sound absorbing / reflection wall were build in place of the small separation barrier currently in place.

We brought my husband and his dad here, and I also got to meet up with my best friend from grade school who lives nearby. My father-in-law has severe dementia, and he really wanted to see the ocean again, so we booked as soon as we could.Having the beach so close made a big difference and the multiple balconies gave us some choice depending on the daily needs. When he took his morning nap, on some days we could head to the ocean or the pool for a quick swim. We were able to keep eyes on him and get to him quickly if he woke suddenly. The elevator was absolutely essential for us—he sometimes needs a wheelchair—so that, along with everything else, is what ultimately sealed the deal. He’s a very tall man, and the high ceilings made him comfortable, since he’s used to higher ceilings at home.The property next door on one side is vacant, with trees, and the other side has a beach house that seemed unoccupied most of the week, which gave us the privacy we were hoping for.The views were gorgeous. It was incredible to hear the roar of the ocean and watch an overnight thunderstorm roll over the water, and then, during the day, enjoy the sea life going about their activities—dolphins, pelicans, and other wonderful birds.We really appreciated the calm, peaceful moments in what was such an intense chapter of life. Thank you.

Great place

Everything was great Hot tub didn’t heat and instructions were vague We figured it out a few days in though Aside from that, would definitely stay there again

Wish we stayed longer

I can’t say enough great things about this property and our stay last week. The house was just like the photos - plenty of space for us all to spread out. It had everything we could have needed, the location was quiet and private and the views were breathtaking. The island itself was beautiful. Our family joked about making it an annual vacation and coming back to the house every year. Safe to say we all enjoyed our time there, wish we stayed longer.

Beautifully built and stocked propertyTV & Sonos in every roomExtremely well stocked kitchen Lot’s of pool and beach toys, fishing equipment, furniture Short on cleaning aids; dishwashing soap, no broomHouse not as clean as should have been ranging from floors to outdoor cushions; property management was responsive but even with cleaning the cushions still smell-probably need replacing

We are so sorry that Diane felt the outdoor patio and cushions were not clean enough. We have just gone through 2 major hurricanes here on the island and more sand and dust was kicked up than normal. We would have happily provided a broom and the cushions have been professionally cleaned. As stated in the rental agreement we do provide a starter supply of cleaning aids which includes a small bottle of liquid dish soap and 2 dishwasher pods.

Great House and Location but hot tub does not get hot.

We loved the home- its beautiful! Beautiful house, beautiful location! We loved being right on the beach...saw dolphins everyday, found so many starfish! Very cool! Management was very responsive- we had a few issues on the first day- ie: the pool alarm, outdoor TV, hot tub... All were fixed promptly except the hot tub. Our only compliant was the hot tub. It never heated about 90 degrees. The pool guy did come a few times to assess the situation but the problem was never solved. He said this particular heater would never get hotter than about 90 degrees as it's not a gas heater. We have rented many VRBO's ( 3 other ones on Anna Maria) with hot tubs and have always been able to heat them to 100-104 degrees. If this heater is truly working properly and will never get to at least 100 degrees, this should have been disclosed prior to renting. I had 2 "filters" checked when I started searching for a home. One was pet friendly and the other was a hot tub. We were extremely disappointed it could not be used our entire stay as it was barely warmer than the pool. Again, we loved the home (its beautiful) but were very disappointed in how the hot tub situation was handled. If you don't care about a hot tub, this is a great home!!!

We are so sorry that this guest was expecting a super hot, hot tub This home is specifically advertised with a whirlpool spa. The search results should not have come back for hot tub so it seems that this must have been a computer glitch through VRBO. The electric spa heater is dependent on the weather. So if it is not too cold out the spa will get hot, but in cold weather it may only reach 90 degrees as we explained. This is truly one of the most beautiful and amazing 5 star homes on Anna Maria in the most spectacular location. We are happy everything else exceeded expectations.
