This great first floor unit with a walk-out patio! No elevators or stairs needed, making this a hugely desirable unit for families. You can relax and enjoy the ground floor convenience and the gorgeous tropical grounds. To the left of this unit you will find 2 large swimming pools, 2 kiddie pools and the Tiki Bar! The Summit PCB property also boasts 2 outdoor hot tubs, one indoor hot tub, our infamous Bikini Bob's restaurant right on the property, a weight room, close proximity to many restaurants and many more amenities! This unit is a 1-bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that sleeps up to 5. You will find a king bed in the master bedroom with a tv and private bathroom, a top and bottom two size bunk in a hallway alcove, a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, love seat, dining area and a fully stocked kitchen (specialty pans or cooking items are not provided). Updated with a beautiful soft yellow color with white bead board and trim throughout. A moderate beach front property that you are sure to love! NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice.

We enjoyed everything about our vacation. I honestly have no complaints. The only issues we had was our door code locking us out 1 time, but the rental company fixed it for us immediately. We have stayed at The Summit at least 5 times and have enjoyed every visit, but we really loved the convenience of this condo being on the 1st floor. The grills were right outside our door. We enjoyed cooking on them several nights. The pools and beach entry were also just a few yards from our condo. The condo itself was very nice. It had a few little flaws from visitors being rough, but they were all simple things like a loose cabinet door that didnt bother us. It was adequately supplied with everything we needed and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying there and the beach access was wonderful. The only downfall was security picking and choosing when they wanted to enforce rules. The other downfall was 6 towels for a 7 day stay. When cleaning in the meantime we asked house keeping for an extra trash bag and was told they don’t provide extra stuff. Front desk was also kind of rude but didn’t have much interaction.

Condo needs a lot of TCL

Condo was not clean. Had to go out & get towels & cleaning supplies. The bath towels that were provided for us were stored under sink on top of a dirty toilet plunger. Mold all around shower door. We made it work & enjoyed our vacation!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m a single mom of 2, with income as a server and this is what we look forward to all year. As soon as we arrived, we immediately began noticing damage to the condo. I spent the first hour taking video(s) of the damage. I decided to do a video because there were too many notable things damaged to go through and take images of each and every thing. A video was necessary in order to adequately capture the damage. The sofa bed cover was disgusting - literally stained and dirty and had old cheez it’s stuck to the bottom of the mattress when we pulled the sofa bed out. It was clear that it hadn’t been replaced or washed in AGES. My daughter was going to sleep on the sofa bed, so we immediately left for Walmart (because it would close soon) in order to buy a set of sheets for the sofa bed (no sheets were left by housekeeping for that bed, by the way. So, I had to spend money on sheets for a sofa bed in a condo. When we returned with the sheets, I proceeded to follow instructions and try and fill the form out (as requested) listing current damages to the condo. I was so angry and upset and then even more upset when I saw that I was expected to upload IMAGES of each and every damaged part of the condo (PER ROOM) and also list descriptions. I uploaded the images I had taken (because it wouldn’t accept the videos I had taken) and filled out one section and explained I would call in the morning - too much damage to list, and at that point it was midnight and I had driven for 8 hours, and arrived to a very disappointing setting that I had paid a lot of money for!!! - and I was tired! Oh I also called and left a voicemail for y’all saying I would be calling in the morning. I called first thing and listed off the items to the man who answered the phone. He was extremely short with me, didn’t apologize ONCE for anything, and also made excuses as to why things were damaged. I left the condo nicer than it was on arrival, and I still need m

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Worst condo and organization I have ever rented from. Staff were not helpful with any of my concerns. There were roaches!!!! Was dirty upon entering. The sheets were not changed, Some were even stained. The pullout couch was disgusting, There was food attached to the bottom of the sheets. The front door locked us out numerous times. Anytime I tried to contact the staff. Their answer was basically... there’s nothing I can do for you. And a water main broke, So there was no water for showers or anything. All of these issues and not even the slightest offer to make any of these things, right. I also reached out to them by email multiple times and no one ever responded. Done

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our vacation was good. We were in town for the Softball Tournament. The condition of the unit was not what I expected. It is an older unit and could stand to be updated. One bathroom did not have a mirror so you could not shave or do makeup or hair. The other had no hotwater in the shower but had good volumn from the shower head. The location on the ground floor could not have been better. Located on the end away from the noise of the pool. There was ample parking. The shelf in the freezer is rusted, a drawer in the kitchen would not open and close. The staff was friendly and helpful as when we checked in we had not received the code to the door and she assisted in getting in touch to have it sent to me.

Nice bottom floor condo

Upon arrival there was a few issues that was quickly fixed by maintenance. There was some areas that was missed by the housekeeping, ceiling fans had dust and floor had some small pieces of trash and sand but nothing we couldn’t sweep up with the broom. There was no mirror in the middle bathroom which kinda crowded the master bath because there was a mirror. Overall a nice condo. A little outdated but there was no issue with that at all. Management was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Security is a joke

Reviewer Comments: arrived and checked room . no one sweeps under furniture. patio had cigarette butts all around and there was cooke crumbs in sliding door jam. oven needs to be toilet tissue . Security was allowing people in without bands. drunks at pool and smell of pot all the time. I was there with 4 grandchildren ages 9-15 . heard people screaming and shouting and someone banging on doors even at my room. I wS cussed out by a young drunk kid. watched another man cuss out an older man at the pool.

Catfish condo waiting to charge damage deposit

We were charged for linens and towels because they mildewed while waiting days for house keeping to clean unit. Left used towels on floor as directed. Pictures on listing are deceving. Wood work throughout condo is horribly miss matched. Condo hasnt been updated in quite some time besides thw hall shower. Master bath tub fills with water when showering. The bed is incredibly loud squeaking just to get up to use the restroom the whole condo wakes up. Nit to mention its very uncomfortable. Cannot use mater fan because its a sagging and shaking death trap waiting to fall. The toaster is broken on both sides. The can opener doesnt work. The dryer doesn't dry at all. The condo reaks of mildew. There id water stains throughout the seems of the sealing from leakage. You can see black mold in the stomped texture of the ceilings. The master bathrooms tiles are missing grout. The living room wood work is covered in dust and the coffee table was poorly cleaned.

Would def rent this condo again! Me and husband rented this condo for our honeymoon! I have always stayed at the Summit! Nice place! Everything as described! Only downfall is in the inside hot tub was down AGAIN! It was not working 5 years ago when we were here!

Good time!

Condo was a little dated but overall a great experience. Property outside was very clean and well kept. Entrance to beach was close and the pools were amazing.
