The room is small but comfortable, and it was quiet. Only complaint would be no drapes. Very close to main and well maintained building and grounds.

The place was great and it was clean. We were a little disappointed when we tried to use the outside hot tub that it was closed after we tried the key fob at all the entrances. Then we tried the hot tub in the basement but no water. The management company answered the phone quickly and explained that the hot tub was closed between winter and summer seasons, although it was running and looked open. The room took us a bit to find and the so did both the door codes in the 4-6 emails we received. We did have an Excellent time, and the place is just lovely, and we would recommend it to anyone!!

Thank you so much for taking time to review your stay. We appreciate hearing from our guests and learning what we can do to improve upon our services. We apologize for the hot tub being closed. The facilities are managed by another entity and we were advised that one outdoor hot tub was open and available for guests to use. We will definitely reach out to them for an update. We look forward to hosting you again and wish you safe travels wherever you go. Park City Lodging

The place was really great. Clean, lovely view. My only complaint is that when we reached out to let them know the pool key wasn't working at any of the gates, we never heard back. Thankfully, someone did let us in the pool since they could see we truly had a key they took pity on us. The instructions for getting to the location and into our room was nice. And included a lot of details. We were confused which building we were in at first but figured it out.

We loved the proximity to Main Street, the fact that there were no room keys and how easy it was to check in. Will definitely be staying here again!

Extra towels are stored under the bathroom sinks in most of our condos and we are available 24/7 should guests require assistance. We apologize if you didn't find them or they were inadvertently not left in the bathroom for your stay. We hope to see in in the very near future.

Park City

Property is a hotel room - overall a pleasant experience. Easy check in, good location, and didn’t have to book 3 nights which is typical for the area. Only downside was the construction going on which couldn't really be accounted for.

Great location, very small unit.

We were lead to believe the property was much larger than it is due to the photos that are posted. The living area in the pictures is actually the common area for the entire condominium building. We were very surprised to find out the unit was two beds and a bathroom. The location is great for walking all over Park City and for the Silly Market.

Location!!!

Reserving and checking in was easy. I was supposed to have a parking pass, but none was in the room. I contacted management and they delivered one quickly to me. The stay was perfect. Once the car was parked, we were able to ride our bikes or walk anywhere we needed to. What a beautiful city. The day we left, I received a text saying that if I didn’t leave the parking pass in my room I would be charged $400 for it. Luckily I did, as I didn’t get the text until I was 100 miles away. It would’ve been nice to have been told the $400 fee ahead of time. Overall, a great stay.

As advertised, but....

The unit was as advertised (kind off). My stay started off great. I arrived a few hours early and after 2 calls, the staff was able to accommodate me and allow me to check in early. That evening I went to the hot tub but couldn't get in. (For some reason the welcome email provides the building and room code but not the pool/hot tub code.) I had to call and was told the hot tube was closed for a few days. That was disappointing because that was a requirement for renting. I asked for a resolution, and none was provided. DISSAPOINTING AND UNACCEPTABLE! To be on the petty sided, there are only a few outlets, a power strip or two would be helpful. The closet has as many coat hangers as beds (2). Seems ridiculous for a ski condo. Others have commented about the management company and their communication and the lack of outlets. I don't like to provide reviews like this, but not sure how else to help improve the experience for the next renters.

Thank you for taking time to review your stay at Park Station. We are very sorry that the indoor hot tub was out of order during your stay but the outdoor hot tub was up and working . Due to flooding in the building from all the snow melt the basement floor at Park Station was closed to guest use. We do hope to see you for another stay and appreciate your comments regarding other issues. We will take care of all of the items that can be remedied.

Park Station Hotel Room

You absolutely cannot beat the location. This is our third time at Park Station…two ski trips and one summer trip. This unit was great for our father/son ski trip. The unit was clean and well stocked with towels etc. One note - do to age of the property there very very limited outlets. Had to unplug the clock radio to be able to charge iPhone. The management was extremely helpful in finding us a temporary parking spot since the unit wasn’t available until 4:00. This allowed us to hit the slopes for a couple hours on day one. We will likely return next year

Amazing location, Good property

The location can't be beat, period. It's an older and tired property, but was clean and had everything we needed. Only complaint would be that our room "adjoined" with another room , which through the cracks around the doors, we could see considerable light and hear every conversation they had. By far the best location for the price. I would recommend and would stay again for sure.

Love the property! Disappointed that nobody must be checking on them because my parking pass was missing and the air conditioner wasn't working. Two things that I think would have been noticed if somebody did a final check on the room.

Outstanding location

Outstanding location and All of the necessities you really need. It is a bit outdated and could use kind of a facelift. Also, the place we thought we were booking had a tub in the bathroom and the one we actually stayed in did not. Not a huge deal breaker but definitely expected a tub. Would stay here again because the location is so ideal!
