Sunset Rentals | Treetops 5701 | Dog Friendly

5701 Treetops will easily become your favorite Hilton Head vacation villa. The owners of this completely renovated property have designed each room with guest's comfort in mind with coastal decor, deluxe amenities and comfortable furnishings.

The main living area offers plenty of seating, including a Smart TV and an open-concept floor plan with the dining room off to the side. This villa also features a uniquely added den area, which offers guests an additional TV and more space to spread out.

The spacious galley kitchen offers stainless appliances, plenty of counter space and all the utensils you'll need to prepare a meal for your family.

There is also a half bathroom on the 1st level for added convenience.

Up the stairs you'll find both bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, access to a private balcony and a private bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a fantastic pirate theme the kids are sure to love! This room has a full bed and a set of bunk beds. This room also has access to the patio area, and guests can access a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The owners of this property have provided 4 beach chairs and a beach wagon for guests to use.

Vehicle Policy: Treetops allows TWO vehicles.

Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 4 adults.

Pet Policy: This property allows ONE (1) dog, with a max weight of 75 lbs. An additional non-refundable fee of $225 is required if you are bringing a dog.

Guests of Ocean Breeze and Treetops, Hilton Head Island have access to complex tennis courts and 3 communal complex pools. You’re also just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach and Coligny plaza, which features shops, dining and entertainment!

Forest Beach is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores and the buzzy Coligny Plaza. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Spring Break Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this Treetops condo! The units layout was perfect for our family of 6, and the kids loved the themed pirate bedroom. We didn’t mind the 10 min walk to the beach and it was still easily accessible. The complex was quiet and well maintained. We had no issues in the unit and it came well stocked. We’ve stayed elsewhere on the island when it just my husband and I, but we would definitely book here with our kids again.

Great Unit

The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and was equipped with whatever you might need for a vacation rental. My only issue is that the pool was not open or heated which I could not find that information in the listing for our dates of stay. We were counting on pool time. There is a slight smell to the unit as it is a dog friendly place, so just expect it and being a scented candle. That being said I believe it was very clean. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. We were surprised to see deer walking through the complex and just standing on the walkways. It gives you a bit of a jolt at night when you don't expect to see them, but it was nice to get so close. This unit also had some black cats hanging around outside that were climbing trees and we enjoyed watching them play while we were inside. The unit is in a great location and close to most things you would want to do.

Short vacation

Nice unit for a pet property. A little far from the beach to walk it everyday pulling carts but still enjoyed our stay.

Review

Overall we enjoyed our vacation, had a good time. The house was prepared and cleaned up to standards. The only complaints we had that could be fixed were the listing said there would be a beach cart provided so we didnt bring ours with us and there wasnt one when we arrived. It made for a long week carrying stuff back and forth to the vehicles especially since the condo isnt conveniently located anywhere close to the parking spots. The other issue was the tvs. The main one downstairs volume didnt work at all and in my opinion all the tvs could just be upgraded to be a little bigger. Other then that we enjoyed the place, it had plenty of outdoor patio space upstairs and downstairs. Its pretty close to the main pool. The kids room was decorated cool for the young ones. Would recommend to a friend..

Overall, it was a super nice stay, we just had a small issue locating Treetops on the first day, but Sunset was very helpful in helping us find it.

Nicely appointed

We had a great time and stay on HHI. This location is centrally located and accessible to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and all the beautiful amenities that HHI has to offer. The complex is quiet and very clean. Parking is somewhat of a challenge and limited but we would most definitely stay here again. The unit itself is extremely well appointed and comfortable.
