This condo has a lot of potential. It said it was updated, but I'm not sure what was updated.It was decorated nice, but the furniture was shabby and needed cleaning, some of the things mentioned in the previous review still weren't repaired. I advised them and took photos. Also, there definitely weren't enough towels for the number of people staying there. Overall, we had a great time! I love Emerald Beach and the view was great! If the bedding and furniture were updated, it would be a beautiful condo to stay in.

The Emerald Resort is with in walking distance of many restaurants, stores and the best donut shop (A’more donuts).

We enjoyed staying here and look forward to returning next year! The kitchen utensils, including the pots and pans and some of the furniture should be replaced. The condo wasn't as clean as the prior year, upon arrival.

The view was fantastic. Would like some help to be available on site. Room was clean. Had a few set backs that maybe prior guests had damaged. The thing that hold the curtain back in the master bedroom…. It was broke and laying out of the wall……. Overall. No complaints. Very nice place Just a few minor dings and dings here and there

This room was great. We all loved the beach vibe it had. The kids loved all the little plagues with all the different beach sayings. Master bedroom bed slept great. 5 stars all around. We love Emerald Beach Resort.

Emerald Beach Condo

We have stayed twice at this condo. It's a very clean, well-kept unit. The Emerald Beach Resort itself is very nice and close to restaurants and beach activities. We highly recommend this unit. My wife's only wish is that the unit adds a Keurig type coffee maker in the future.

LOVED this condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at emerald beach & this condo! The only thing I would say should be added to the kitchen would be a Keurig! I don't make pots of coffee since I am the only one in my family that drinks coffee, so it makes it easy to make one cup & the Starbucks on property is always packed and takes so long to get your coffee (during busy season) - Other than that, it was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be booking again.

The condo was amazing and the views were unmatched. We loved the convenience of accessing the beach, and the kids loved the pool area. We had a hiccup with someone being in the condo while we were gone to complete work without us knowing but it seemed as though an initial email was lost in translation. When I reached out to question it, it was immediately looked into. We were looking to book already again for same time next year as our family has decided we’d like to make this an annual trip, but the price per night has more than doubled unfortunately. It was a great trip though!

Fantastic condo 10/10

I would definitely stay at this resort in condo 1925 again. Before the trip I was hesitant that the condo was located on the 19th floor and that the balcony wouldn't feel safe but that was not the case, the view is spectacular. We spent every morning watching the dolphins from the balcony. The condo was comfortable for a family with 3 adults and 3 young teens. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook meals at home. I would only recommend that the owner upgrade their vegetable peeler (xoxo brand works great). I felt Emerald Beach Resort was located in a safe neighborhood. The resort had a good vibe. The staff members we're helpful. The facility was always clean. We were there during the milder spring break week and it was exactly as I expected with it being slightly busier, a lot of families on the beach and car cruising down the street. We had a lot of fun at this resort.

Booking Details:
4-night stays from (May 24th - August 2nd) with check-in/check-out Sat/Sun
5-night stays (March 5 – April 23) with check-in/check-out on Sat/Sun
Monthly rentals available in January & February
Max stay of 2 weeks from March – November (Special requests may be accommodated)
