This 2 Bedroom - 2 Bath Gulf Front Condo was recently remodeled with NEW Furnishings in the living room, dining area, and primary bedroom! The best part will LOVE the VIEW! The kitchen, dining, and living area offers truly amazing Views! The condo can accommodate 6-8 people. Nestled on the quiet end of Thomas Drive and close to the State Park, Pelican Walk is one of Panama City Beaches most FAMILY & PET Friendly condominiums. This two bedroom condo is located in the center of the complex and features two bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms! The expansive living room and dining area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with floor to ceiling windows. The spacious balcony is ideal spot to watch dolphins swimming in the Gulf and view the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico!

The primary bedroom has a king size bed with adjoining private bath with an oversized custom tile shower. The second bedroom has two full size beds with an adjoining bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. There is also a NEW! Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Pelican Walk 806 offers plenty of space to eat, relax, and make cherished family memories at the beach!
