Beach Condo ~ Olympic Size Pool

W First we want to thank our guest from the wonderful review! As for the neighbors smoking , as everyone knows guests come and go in all rentals including ours and even though they should not smoke on the balcony ,many do, but I must say this is the first issue we have had reported. In regards to the balcony each unit has it's own balcony and they are not shared. The screen was there but it had been opened so far that it could not be easily seen we are working on that issue.

In this case we are sure the guest is not referring to our unit but to the common areas. Unfortunately our resort was hit with a small tornado(micro burst) a couple months ago and even though our unit was not affected there was a significant amount of work that had to be done around the property and due to that the walkways and staircases along with other common areas became dirty and not as pleasing to the eye as normal. All of the common areas are schedule for a full cleaning and overall renovation in early March 2022 thus returning the common areas to their normal 5 star condition.

We want to thank our guest for the very nice 4 star review. Beach front property is a little expensive for a coffee shop to handle HOWEVER within just a few blocks both directions there are several places to get coffee and morning treats. We have not had any complaints before about our lock box however one is enough ,so we have scheduled it to be replaced. Thanks to the guest again!

First I would like to thank this guest for the four star review.! As I understand it the only issue that kept the review from being a 5 star is the missing conference/ recreation room. I can assure all future guests that there is indeed a very large conference/ recreation room with very strong WiFi and 24/7 access. Information on the location of the conference/recreational room is provided in the check in packet along with the access code and the Wi Fi access information, so I do not know how it could have been missed. At our resort like many resorts cable TV and internet service is provide at no cost via our home owners association fees. Again thanks to this guest for the nice review !

We want to thank our guest for the wonderful 5 star review. Our Murphy Bed is slightly heavier than normal because we had it reinforced to eliminate any squeaking. Our Murphy Bed makes no noise at all when you get in or out and the extra support makes it super comfortable!!

We want to thank our guest for the 5 star review and also for letting us know about the oven dial, which we will immediately take care of! The condo is clearly shown in our pictures so the size of the unit should not be a surprise to anyone! As for the outside noise , it is like that more in the summer because almost all travelers have children with them , during summer break. The other 9 months the complex is as quite as a church. Children are also the cause of any pool closures, that we have had, as was the case while these guests were there. Someone's child decided to go number 2 in the pool so regulations require the pool to be closed and treated. This has never happened except in the summer! Again we want to thank our guest for the 5 star review & hope to see them again soon!

We also want to tell all future guests that since these guests departed we have replaced the A?C unit with a brand new one and also have done some other renovations such a painting and we replaced the futon with a larger more comfortable unit.
