Aurum Hues means Shades of Gold. A perfect description for the Pacific Northwest sunsets you will enjoy from every floor of the house. From the moment you enter the home, it will confirm that you’ve arrived in a classic beach cottage: lots of sunlight, an ocean breeze and a view through to the ocean.
Ride the elevator to the top floor where a sun-filled great room faces the ocean and includes a casual seating area with flat-screen TV and a large dining table. It adjoins an enormous kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook up a big holiday meal or a small snack. Gaze out at the ocean while grilling up dinner on the gas barbeque. The cozy media room, on the first floor, is perfect for family game night or streaming your favorite show on the large smart TV.
You will love the four inviting, sumptuous bedrooms. Two king primary suites feature cozy beds, heated bathroom floors and tub/shower combination. One of the bedrooms opens to a private patio with gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean. The bunkroom, with extra long adult-sized beds, is the perfect place for kids and adults to laugh the night away until they fall into a deep sleep. Aurum Hues has an ample number of bathrooms. A large laundry room is conveniently located on the second floor.
Located just steps away from town center and the beach, Aurum Hues is in the ideal location. Head to town for some shopping and dinner or take some s’mores to Kucera Park for marshmallow roasting. Explore one of the trails down to the beach for a day of fun in the sun. Come back to the house and enjoy a glass of wine on the covered, gated front patio or watch the sunset from the private hot tub.
