Whether you are looking to relax on the covered porches, stroll to the beautiful ocean beach, take walks on nature trails, ride bikes, or splash in puddles and play games by the fireplace, Sunny Side Up is a delightful place to stay! Located in Seabrook's Alderwood district in the center of the Seabrook neighborhood, it’s a short walk or bike to the beach and town, and just steps to the playground, dog park, community pool, and farm district where you can greet the ducks and horses. Named for the feeling you have when you enter, Sunny Side Up is truly a sunny and comfortable place – you won’t want to leave!

Indoors: Enjoy the smart layout with over 1,000 sq feet on a single level, in one of the most spacious 2 bedroom homes in Seabrook.

Kitchen/Living Spaces: The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed with all major and minor appliances, dishes, cups, pots/pans and cooking utensils. Sit at the bar for casual breakfasts, or enjoy meals together at the dining table. The living room has cozy couches and a gas fireplace, with a smart TV to watch local news or stream your favorite shows. Enjoy the DVD player with a selection of DVDs, or browse the books, board games, and puzzles. A full laundry room is also located off of the kitchen. We strive to provide everything you need while enjoying your vacation at Sunny Side Up!

Beds/Baths: The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed and attached ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is light and airy, with a queen bed to accommodate another couple, or for the kids! A second full bathroom is conveniently located adjacent to the second bedroom. If you're a group of six, there's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with memory foam mattress.

Outdoors
With so much to do, Sunny Side Up is the ideal home-base for your family weekend, couples getaway, or friends’ adventure!
At the House: Sip coffee and soak up morning sunshine on the front porch, or share a cocktail for happy hour in the Adirondack chairs on the sunny back porch! Don't forget your s'mores makings -- Sunny Side Up has a private fire pit in the pleasant courtyard -- where you can enjoy evenings around the campfire while listening to crashing waves in the distance.

Adventures: Sunny Side Up is just steps from the big park and community pool. A stash of beach toys is provided, and bring your bikes for the trails or your rackets for tennis, pickle ball, or badminton. Walking trails can be accessed just across the street from Sunny Side Up, and the little hill on Compass Street is a favorite spot for kids that love to go fast on their bikes. More serious bikers can check out the single-track (with tracks for all skill levels). If rain is in the forecast, bring your rain boots for splashing around town! After outdoor adventures, rinse off your sandy beach toys, bikes, doggies, and toes in the warm-water outdoor shower!

Electric Vehicle Charging: There is ample parking in front of the house on Compass Street, or check out our newly added private driveway beside the garage – complete with a NEMA 14-50 outlet for your Electric Vehicle. We decided to install the EV charger for our guests both as a courtesy, and to support clean air and a healthy environment!

Pups/Pets: Sunny Side Up is a pet-friendly vacation home. We provide a "canine cupboard" with food bowls and dog towels for wiping sandy paws. Pups will enjoy the fully fenced backyard area too! Seabrook is a wonderful and welcoming community for dogs… after all, they’re part of the family!
