Casa Sonrisa is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Please respect quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, in accordance with the City of Miami's noise ordinance, to help maintain a peaceful environment for both guests and neighbors.

Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The terrace closes at 9:00 PM, and no outdoor activity is permitted after 9:00 PM, including use of the pool, terrace, or any other outdoor areas.

The home is intended for relaxation and quality time with family and friends—not parties or events. No parties, loud gatherings, or unauthorized guests are permitted at any time.

Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Any unregistered guest, whether staying overnight or visiting for any length of time, will incur a $150 unauthorized guest fee per person.

All primary guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation.
