Farm Cottage in Santa Rita Hills

A Farm Stay at Three Dreamers Farm Cottage is an escape to rural Santa Barbara County, Santa Rita Hills. Surrounded by mountains, canyons, live oaks, olives, sycamores and a tall redwood, the well-appointed, two bedroom (king beds), two bathroom cottage, is a peaceful, relaxing destination. Cook a meal in the chef’s kitchen, read a book in the vaulted living and dining room with sleeping loft (two cot size beds 32' x 75'). After a day of bike riding along Santa Rosa Road, wine tasting at any number of nearby vineyards, or shopping in Los Alamos, Santa Ynez, Los Olivos and Solvang, you will enjoy the ample brick breezeway for outside dining and relaxing. After dark, wrap yourself in blankets and stargaze. Early next morning, enjoy the lifting fog and vineyard views from the Adirondack chairs under the huge old live oak. You will see cows, pigs, chickens being fed and you will wake up to the crowing of roosters and mooing of cows from the working farm. Visit the espaliered heirloom pear orchard in the far east end of the farm. Your stay at Three Dreamers Farm Cottage will be a delightful step into organic rural farm life. Enjoy!

Wonderful Stay on the Farm

Our family absolutely loved our stay at the cottage and were able to enjoy the peaceful country setting that we were hoping for. The house was spotless and decorated so beautifully. The surroundings were better than the photos and our kids loved waking up to the cows and pigs in the backyard. We hope to visit again soon!

Quiet Country Cottage Perfection

Our daughter and bridal party stayed here. Perfect location for us next door to wedding- quiet, beautiful inside and out, air conditioning and plenty of amenities. Was a perfect place to enjoy a quiet evening on the patio and enjoy pleasant morning getting ready, having a lovely breakfast and taking photos. Thank you for sharing this beautiful spot.

Quiet bliss in the midst of wine country

We had an amazing stay at the 3 Dreamers Farm. The accommodations were comfortable with well appointed amenities and the farm house was decorated so fabulously! It is in a great location for exploring Solvang, Los Olivos and Santa Ynez and the farm animals and delicious fresh eggs provided were such a unique escape from busy Los Angeles.

Amazingly cute farmhouse!

The house was such a great find, it made our weekend! The experience of farm living but with all the modern conveniences you could want. Everything was sparkling clean and well stocked, they even had shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms. The kids had so much fun running around in the yard and seeing the animals. The property was so beautiful that we would have been completely happy to just stay at the farmhouse all day long! But when you do leave, it's a convenient drive to nearby wineries. Loved staying here and would definitely come back again!

This house, experience, location, solitude, yet its proximity to everything on the central coast is so incredible. I am also a nut for clean places, and Jordan hits the mark with this one each time. This is the 3rd time I have stayed here in the last 8 months. The extra special surprise when we arrived this time was finding the sheep on the farm in the backyard (yes, that's true, and a vineyard across the street in the front yard) had just given birth to babies a few weeks back. There were over 18 baby sheep just 50 feet from the kitchen window. (It's hard to count as they are all running around). We also found a gem just down the street (literally like 1 mile east on the Santa Rosa drive was a winery called Vega Vineyards where they have a lot of activities, petting zoo, family stuff... but the special experience we found was there is a great restaurant that we went to lunch, and it was not busy so our puppy, my wife and I enjoy some great food, wine, a charcutiere board, while sitting on the edge of a vineyard with such a gorgeous fall color view and friendly staff. (Greek and Italian owners). Enjoy the trip.

UCSB Graduaton

My family were in town for my granddaughters graduation from UCSB. Rather than staying at a hotel in Goleta or Santa Barbara, we decided to find something more family oriented. The location of Farm Cottage is only 40 minutes outside our venue, and we were able to escape the crowds to a beautiful location.The house was delightful, overlooking the green hills of Santa Rita and vineyards. It was fully furnished, easily accessible and so quiet and lovely. We fell asleep to the croaking of frogs and woke up to the sound of an enthusiastic rooster. The chickens and sheep on the hillside were guarded by s very well trained Great Pyrenees and a puppy in training. On the actual property, the family dog from next door came to visit in the morning, and we played fetch this stick for a long time. It felt so homey and added to the overall comfort of the property. Checkin was easy, and the welcome packet gave suggestions to local entertainment and restaurants. Inside the house, little extras added to the welcoming atmosphere, from a fireplace, well stocked kitchen and little extras in the bathrooms. We loved it here!

Beautiful property/great location

Beautiful property/great location. Place was great , setting was amazing, Out in the country but only minutes to town. Only drawback was the farm dogs bark a lot at night if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs, we got earplugs the second night and it was fine the rest of the trip

Wonderful!

Pam maintains a wonderful property for my family gate away. All the amenities are top notch and a wonderful locally for local wine tasting. Good to relax around the yard to see animals and just enjoy the environment. Great stay highly recommended!

Incredible Stay in SYV

This property and the house were perfect for our weekend getaway. The house is located very conveniently between many of the best towns in the Santa Ynez valley and the accommodations were perfect for our group of two couples with two infants who especially loved the animals on the farm. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area and the hosts were super easy to work with - they even brought us fresh eggs and fruit from the property which was a real bonus!

This is such a special property! The house was newly remodeled and very well done!

We loved staying here and would come back again! The house is smaller but very well done and feels charming and cozy! Very nice king beds in each room and a loft area to hang out. The outside is amazing with great views and farm charm! We loved eating local Kringle and coffee outside each morning!

Cozy, serine, relaxing and beautifully artistic wine-country ranch house retreat!

This place is way better than the pictures. It’s just so lovely and serene. From the artistic collection and coupling of antiques throughout the home, to the relaxing breezeway, to the two sides view of wine country on one side and farm animals on the other - it is way above expectations. The farmhouse cottage is cozy and quaint. The finishing and decor lovely. The kitchen is fabulous! Linens and bedding very comfortable. Pam our host could not be better at communicating and responding to questions. Everyone wanted to come back and stay! If you are lucky enough to enjoy a weekend away here in wine country - you won’t regret it!

Perfect week-end get away to the wine country!

This is a gorgeous, soothing, rural, and comfortable farm house. The attention to detail will make you smile. There are so many fabulous baskets, pottery, and a funky elegant mix of furnishings. There is a fully fitted chef's kitchen, super comfortable beds, and the indoor/outdoor seating areas were all well thought out; we used them all. The color scheme is a very pale sea blue green giving a sense of serenity throughout the property. We spent one entire day at the house ; I painted watercolors, and my friend who is a writer was inspired to write. We emerged refreshed and recharged.

beautiful retreat

The farm itself is so charming and very impressive. And the farm house we stayed in is beautifully decorated with a unique blend of farmhouse and mid century furniture. We had a great stay. Our grandkids loved it. We highly recommend staying at 3 Dreamers.

Great Stay

Excellent stay - house and property were all as advertised and more. We all enjoyed watching the farm animals the house and amenities were all top notch, the owners and neighbors friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend, and will plan on booking again.

Beautiful farm house

We came with another couple for an adult getaway. This was such an amazing, beautiful property. We both fell in love with the house and property, we will never find another house rental as perfect as this. We could have never left and spent our days sitting on the patio watching the sheep, pigs, cows, dogs and amazing views. We will definitely be back for another stay. Thank you so much for the hospitality and wonderful stay.

Hidden Gem excellent property

This place was perfect for our family. This is such a hidden gem. The farm was beautiful and our kids enjoyed it so much. Perfect get away for our family to enjoy. The house was beautiful. Seeing the animals was awesome as well.
