Take a step back in time to enjoy historic California Rancho life, with large open windows throughout, overlooking the property (and beyond), this bright modern ranch-style home is gently shaded by oak, sycamore, pine and walnut trees. Relax by the pond, embark on a walk through the verdant fields, ride your bike to the local vineyards, enjoy an al-fresco dinner under the trees or take a scenic ride into town (don’t forget to stop by the local Farm Stand on your way).

Rio Vista Ranch when rented with guest house comfortably accommodates 14 adults, with a total of 5 bathrooms, between the main home and a fully-stocked quaint guest cottage just a few steps away. With bright white walls, high-quality décor, and beautiful wood flooring throughout, this ranch was newly and intricately designed with comfort and style in mind. The gourmet chef’s kitchen vaunts brand new stainless-steel appliances with bar, kitchen and dining room seating to accommodate all of your friends and family.

Bedroom 4- Queen en suite, Private small bathroom
5- Queen Suite off family room
There`s a full guest bathroom next to the TV room, this would be the closest bathroom for bedroom 5.

Cottage- 2 Queen bedrooms share 1 full bathroom in the hall.
House Guidelines listed under Guest Resources and located in binder at property. Failure to follow these can result in forfeiture of security deposit.
10pm Noise Curfew
4 additional visitors allowed with host approval.
6 vehicles max allowed at property, unless otherwise approved by host.
No Glitter or confetti.
No Bachelor or bachelorette celebrations.
No outdoor fires.
Please leave property in the condition that it was when you arrived.
