Tiny house

It was clean place. But I would fix the shower curtain better. You have to watch trying to clean yourself while taking a shower. The water will go outside of shower. Onto the floor. And we couldn’t get the tv to work right. Other than that. Was clean and nice.

We arrived 4 hrs after our check-in time. At such time, the place was flithy dirty and not cleaned from last people. Opon contacting host they tried to put us in an alternate site in a bad neighborhood. We instead waited for them to clean it until 11:15 pm. When we got in there the shower curtain was very dirty the shower leaked water, and the bed frame was bent and unstable. We were also told we couldn't use the pool because it was broken but found out during our stay that it was not broken and was just fine. There was a couple of cockroaches in there also. Altogether the worst vrbo experience ever

Clean Pool House With No Steps

I stayed at this property for three nights with one adult family member. It was the perfect size for two adults and two dogs. The house was very clean when we arrived. The air was running and there was ice in the freezer. The furniture and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to park at the front door, and there was no step up to get into the house. This made packing and unpacking much easier. This would be a good rental for older adults or those in a wheelchair. The neighborhood was quiet. The location was an easy, quick drive to the RP Funding Center. You do have to share the driveway with the other rental unit on the property. This was not a problem for us as the other family left earlier and returned later than we did. We greatly appreciate being able to take our dogs with us. This rental accepts dogs of any size. This is a perk that is very hard to find. We hope to return in the future. Thank you.

Om værten

Vært: Marlana Alvarez

Værtens profilbillede
Hi! I'm Marlana, a Florida local, real estate professional, and vacation rental host with a passion for creating unique, welcoming spaces for travelers.

I believe a great getaway doesn't have to mean a big trip or an extravagant destination. Sometimes it's about finding that perfect little place to unwind, explore somewhere new, and feel completely at home.

I love giving properties their own personality and creating thoughtful experiences that make guests want to come back. Whether you're here for work, a weekend getaway, or to explore Central Florida, my goal is to make your stay as comfortable, convenient, and memorable as possible!

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

Location is one of the best things about this little getaway! Tucked into an established Lakeland neighborhood, our guest house offers a charming home base just minutes from some of the city's best attractions.

Explore historic downtown Lakeland, discover local coffee shops and restaurants, stroll around Lake Mirror, or catch a Detroit Tigers spring training game at Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium, just a short drive away.

Lakeland's central location also makes it easy to explore both Tampa and Orlando, whether you're visiting theme parks, enjoying local events, or traveling for business.

It's a wonderful spot for experiencing the best of Central Florida while enjoying a quieter, more laid-back atmosphere at the end of the day.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Small space, big charm!

Our cozy guest house offers a welcoming alternative to traditional hotels and larger vacation rentals. Located on the same property as our beautiful Spanish-style villa, this separate retreat is perfect for travelers who want the comfort of a home without needing a large space.

It's an ideal home base for solo adventurers, couples, business travelers, or anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to recharge between exploring all that Central Florida has to offer.

What makes this little getaway special is its combination of character, convenience, and relaxed Florida charm. Whether you're spending your days exploring downtown Lakeland, catching a baseball game, or taking day trips to Tampa and Orlando, you'll have a welcoming place to return to.

Sometimes the best getaways come in smaller packages!
