Awesome!!

This house was a complete pleasure to stay in. Close to all amenities and beaches. Property manager was excellent to deal with. I would recommend this rental to anyone

Nice location, quiet, easy accessible to local stores. Kitchen was well equipped. I had no problems communicating with the host. We had a lovely stay. I would highly recommend this place.

Just perfect

11/10. The place was amazing. Exactly what is pictured. Excellent communication from the host. Easy in and out, and plenty to see and do in the area. Will definitely be back.

Great home with clear and easy instructions

We stayed for a few days at a lovely home near my mother's retirement community. It was the perfect house and location for us. The home had everything we could need - 3 BR, 2 baths, a pool, and a large and nice living space. Also, the host gave very clear and simple instructions that were easy to follow.

Nice quiet neighborhood yet close to beach

Clean, comfortable, nice pool & back yard, 10 minute drive to the beach. Quiet neighborhood where I felt safe jogging every morning. Would definitely return!

Wonderful vacation

The house was beautiful ,clean, and comfy. Had all the basic amenities. Close to beaches and the host was very quick to respond and very nice. We had a wonderful time..

January Getaway

We had a great stay. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to beaches and downtown Sarasota. My husband enjoyed being so close to the Legacy Trail and biked over 100 miles while we were there. We were fortunate enough to get a couple of beach days in the low 80s. On the cooler days it was nice to sit outside by the pool. The house was conveniently stocked with basic necessities like coffee filters and dishwasher pods. The hostess was awesome, promptly responding to any questions that we had.

Winter Getaway

Fabulous location and great amenities! The only recommendation we have is to provide heat to the pool for the colder Florida winter months. We were unable to use the pool throughout the duration of our stay.
