Beautifully located in a coveted secluded and safe neighborhood on the public side of the lake, this fantastic dog-friendly property features a huge lawn with shady trees, a private dock complete with a gorgeous boat house, fire pit, and expansive decks perfect for relaxing. This lakefront gem is the ultimate home base for active family vacations or simply enjoying days of quiet reflection in this serene setting along Lake Anna’s scenic shores.
Lake activities are the main draw at this well-equipped waterfront destination. The property offers a wealth of amenities, including a water slide, kayaks, paddle board, paddle boat, lawn games, and other relaxing features. The whole family will enjoy making memories together while swimming, tubing, and making the perfect s’mores at the fire pit overlooking the lake. Whenever it’s time for peaceful relaxation, the spacious boat house provides the ideal location complete with lounge chairs, a table, and other comfortable features.

The expansive wrap-around deck features stunning views, an outdoor dining and seating area for delightful al fresco meals, comfy couches, and a bar seating area perfect for enjoying your favorite drink. All drivers of a motorized watercraft must have a Virginia Boater Safety License/ or boating license. For added convenience, there's also a common area available for boat launch which is available to renters located at the end of the street.
All fishing requires a Virginia Fishing License unless you fish from the boat house.

We are a family of five (including our fur baby) and live in VA.
Our family has owned this property at the lake for more than10 years. We love the peaceful setting, the nature around it, and most importantly the beautiful sunrises.
We have created so many family memories with our children, friends and relatives. During the pandemic the lake house became our safe haven. We know how important it is to get away and re-connect with ourselves and nature and we wanted to share this experience with others.

This is a secluded neighborhood in the public side of the lake and we enjoy the convenience of not having to travel so far to enjoy the area and so many amenities around the lake. We also love the amazing natural views this place offers along with great neighbors.

You will love the privacy of the location and all the nature that surrounds it that helps creates a great experience during your stay. The vast and large front lawn with quick and easy access to the lake (not climbing a thousand steps or coming down/up a steep hill) and the amazing lake views from the house. The large no wake cove area offers endless time at the water with family and friends.
