*BRAND NEW LISTING* This pristine two story oceanfront condo was gutted and completely renovated. It was just finished in January. Condo is professionally designed and decorated with gorgeous new furnishings from head to toe. You will enjoy new beds, mattresses, and bedding throughout... EVERYTHING is new!

*2 Bedrooms, 2.5 baths
*Downstairs has kitchen, dining, living, laundry, & half bath
*Upstairs has 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms
* Covered deck on main floor with 2 rocking chairs and table/chair set to enjoy ocean view with a cocktail or dinner. You will hear the ocean, not crowds!
* Sun deck outside master bedroom with 2 lounge chairs~ perfect for sunset viewing!
*Sleeps 6 (1 king, 1 queen, 1 XL bunk bed)

Peaceful Getaway

Beautiful beachfront condo with an amazing view. I loved the location; a nice quiet stretch of beach & very friendly neighbors. Communication was great; Katie kept me updated about any issues & checked in with me to make sure everything was going well.

Perfect little location

The condo was just as stated and actually clean. Usually when you rent it is just clean on the surface but not this place. The floors were clean as well as the bathrooms. Very nice!

10/10 luxury beachfront vacation!

We loved this luxury beachfront condo! It looked exactly like the pictures- everything is brand new, clean, and beautiful! The beds were extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the blackout shades. We loved sitting in the rocking chairs every morning with our coffee and at sunset with a glass of wine. The beach view is incredible, and you’re so close, you can hear the waves the minute you open the doors. It felt like it was our own private beach- so peaceful. Katie and Trey were so helpful, and we loved all of their recommendations. We enjoyed shopping and dining on 30a, just minutes from the condo. We hope to stay here again soon!

Wonderful Stay at The Beach!!

I absolutely LOVED staying here! The condo was spotless at check in!! The place was perfect and you can tell everything is brand new head to toe, the furniture, appliances, bedding, floors! It looks like a brand new build! We could see the ocean from just about every spot in the condo! Katie and Trey went above and beyond with incredible recommendations for the area! We drove a short 5 minutes to rosemary beach to enjoy La Crema for dinner and shopping. Also, there was plenty of storage and perfect for my family of 6! Definitely will book with Katie and Trey again! :)

Sunnyside

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! We loved everything about it starting with the location right on the beautiful, peaceful beach. The whole experience that the owners have created is amazing. The home was spotless, and the furnishings looked like they had been custom picked by a high-end interior designer. The decor was fresh and brand new. The deck was our favorite part and where we enjoyed taking in the ocean from morning until evening. Going back and forth to the beach was so easy, unlike many places we have stayed. The condo had everything we needed- we enjoyed the special touches like coffee pods and detergent to use during our stay. All of the beds, including the bunks, were extremely comfortable. Throughout the stay, Katie was super helpful with recommendations and making sure our stay was the very best it could be! If you’re considering this condo, just do it…it will not disappoint!

Newly remodeled Beautiful Condo

My family had a wonderful stay at Ramsgate Harbour! The location of the condo is perfect. It is 10 minutes away from Inlet Beach & 10 min from Pier Park. The accommodations were, also, perfect! The condo is newly remodeled with beautiful quartz countertops throughout! The beds were WONDERFUL!! The showers were awesome with the rainhead shower head, beautiful white shiplap walls, beautiful white sofas, beautiful lighting and all new appliances! The two decks were amazing! Even though it was 60’ degrees, we were able to tan on the top deck & the temps were beyond perfect. The condo is steps away from the beach! No dunes to cross, no long boardwalks. Walk down the stairs & boom your almost on the beach. Our beach chairs were set up everyday for us to enjoy. Although it was Spring Break in PCB, the beach had very few people & most were families. It was one of the most relaxing trips I had had on 30A. The owners were wonderful to communicate with. The entire process was awesome! Thank you for a fun vacation, we will definitely be back to this beautiful condo again someday soon!

Fabulous Condo!

We loved everything about this condo. Just as beautiful as in the pictures and very clean.The owners were very quick to respond and answered all our questions before and during our stay. We appreciated the extra little touches like laundry and dishwasher pods to use and a supply of trash bags and toilet paper for the stay! We have been vacationing on the Emerald Coast since 2011 and this is the first time we have been provided more than just a starter supply. It was really helpful. The beds were comfortable. The full size washing machine and dryer were so nice. The view was fantastic. It was also nice to not have steps coming from the beach itself. We were able to rent an additional set of beach chairs and umbrella to be set up each day with the complimentary ones provided. The beach attendants were very personable! The beach itself was not crowded at all, which was a pleasant surprise to us, who are used to crowds more like the Destin area. There were plenty of dishes to use and the basics for preparing meals in the kitchen. Another really nice touch was no long list of things to do before checking out. It took the stress off of us worrying that we would be charged for not doing every single thing in the list. We did of course do all the things we are usually asked to do but it was nice to know if we didn’t get to something, it wasn’t a big deal. This place was perfect and I am certain we will be back! Our family has enjoyed countless vacations to the 30a the past ten years. We always wanted a vacation home to enjoy and share with others. Two things we wanted was oceanfront and less crowds than the 30a beaches. We love waking up and enjoying coffee with a beach view or catching the sunset with a cocktail as we get ready for dinner. We missed many sunsets when we stayed along 30a but off the beach. We also preferred the ease of staying on the beach vs. the crowded commute and trying to find parking. This process took valuable time out of our beach day. We noticed the 30a beaches have become more and more crowded, and we love this beach- it's private and never crowded! You will never find 7 rows of chairs. You will always have a front row view without rushing to claim your position early in the morning while saving $600 a week on chairs. We love that we can quickly drive to Rosemary or further into 30a in minutes for dinner or shopping. We helped our designer with every inch of the condo from the tile to the wood accent wall, and we believe it's beautiful, refreshing, comfortable, and has the best view possible!
