Welcome to Beach Ave! This five bedroom 2 full bath home is located right on one of Rochester’s gems The Secret Sidewalk and the gorgeous Lake Ontario. Private beach access. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream parlors and Ontario Beach Park. Outside, enjoy the private backyard which boast a beautify flower garden as well as a cozy back deck and gas grill.

Gem by Lake Ontario

Our stay was fantastic! The property was exactly as promised, and Erick was an absolute delight to deal with. He was incredibly prompt in answering all our questions and offered so many great local suggestions. The welcome snack basket and homemade cookies were such a thoughtful touch! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great location!

This little house was perfectly stocked and perfectly located!!! Loved the beach and location to rainy day activities too. The kids loced the zoo, museum, putt putt and of course ice cream just as much as the sand and surf.

Great House!

My sailing team stayed at the property for a weeklong regatta. The house is amazing. Lots of space to spread out, and we loved the private beach access. Great host and great place.

Plenty of room for everyone. Parking and location are great. The friendly owner was prompt to respond and the kitchen welcomed us with warm cookies and fresh flowers. The house itself has quite a few quirks and the management team seem to be figuring out their system. With continued maintenence, it will be a five star gem. Not unpleasant, just not quite ready.

Communication with the host was very convenient and easy. Check in and check out instructions were clear and simple. The host is very responsive. The house was clean and ready for us and as advertised. The only criticism would be that the furnishings were well worn and could use replacing. We had a lovely stay there for a wedding and enjoyed the house very much. Thank you.

Cute lake house with ample space.

This home was very lovely with plenty of room for everyone. We were greeted with fresh baked cookies and a snack basket. The house was pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. Private beach access across the street to enjoy the sunsets. The host was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend. If you are ever in Rochester with a group, check this place out.

Great location and wonderful care by our host, Erick.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of space and the location can’t be beat! We had a beautiful view of the lake and were close to everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the porch/sunroom for relaxing. Erick was so helpful and quick to respond to questions. We will be back.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

Nicely appointed, air-conditioned property with a beautiful view of Lake Ontario and access to beach path directly across the street. Well stocked with personal supplies, towels, linens, etc. Fresh baked cookies awaited our arrival and were delicious! Have an event in Rochester every summer and will definitely rebook!

NCAA TF

Three Coaches brought Two Athletes to the NCAA Track & Field Championships at St. John Fisher U. We left with TWO ALL AMERICANS. Next time in Rochester, we are definitely trying to stay again.

Home is in a beautiful neighborhood with a fantastic view. Home is spacious. Enjoyed seeing this beautiful neighborhood and part of New York. Rochester is a beautiful city with the beautiful Lake Ontario. Nice and friendly nieghbors.

Beach vacation Lake Ontario

It was very comfortable and inviting. we were greeted with a basket of snacks and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies! The front glassed in porch was the best place to hang out with a sofa, armchair and table with chairs. we were a group of 10, and there was room for all. very convenient location. We walked to abbots for ice cream, and the public beach was also walking distance. There was a path along the lake right across the street that was lovely. Erick was a pleasure to deal with, and very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Nice Lake Front Home

The location is great with a lake path across the street and within walking distance of Charlotte Beach. The owner was easy to deal with and prompt with issues. However, for sleeping 10 adults, there were a few issues for us. All bedrooms are upstairs with one bathroom and shower. One twin BR downstairs and a bathroom and tub. For our elderly, those stairs were difficult and the toilets are low. But we all had a great time being together!

Great house, great location!

This house was very clean and comfortable, and the host provided an impressive array of welcome snacks and even a floral arrangement. Our only critiques were 1. the apparent lack of a drip coffee maker (a Keurig and pods were provided) and 2. some drama about the beach access steps across the street (the host warned us to use them at our own risk, but when we did so a gentleman arrived and claimed he paid taxes on that property and vented about VRBO/Airbnb hosts telling guests they could use the steps). But these were very minor quibbles and we wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Beautiful stay on the water!

Erick’s home was spectacular! Directly across the street from the hidden sidewalk, where we had our own direct beach access stairs to a private beach! Views were gorgeous. The home was well-equipped with everything we could’ve needed, and he had the fridge stocked with waters and the counter with fresh-baked warm cookies! Erick is also one of the best hosts I’ve had over my years of renting! His communication and flexibility on early check-in/late check-out were so very considerate as we trekked over 6 hours by car to stay here. He checked to ensure everything was going smoothly and his check-out process was so so sooo much easier than the majority of homes I’ve stayed at. Air conditioning throughout the house made us so comfortable during the summer heat. The house was very clean, beds comfortable and my guy loved the tv in the master! Great stay and we WILL be back! Thanks again, Erick!!
