There is a large master suite with private bath for some independence when needed and separate entrance if you have multiple groups in your party. One of the bedrooms also has a bunk bed which is fun for kids and adults.
A Spacious backyard and hot tub round, great location,close to airport and amenities. Coffee shops, parks, trails, Kincaid Park, Jewel Lake and Sand Lake within 1 mile all round :)

The Space:
This is a well kept 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home located in one of Anchorage's most established neighborhoods. Spacious backyard and house provides lots of space for enjoying time with friends and family. The 4 bedrooms feature 6 beds. The bunk bed is a full on bottom and twin on top. There is a queen bed and twin bed in bedroom 3. High speed internet access provided as well as Netflix account.

Hot tub availability subject to maintenance; occasional closures possible. No compensation for closures.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet neighborhood in one of Anchorages desired parts of town Sportmans Point. It’s close access to Kincaid Park, shopping, and the airport. Only a quick few minute drive to the end of the coastal trail, mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing.

Getting Around:
Full driveway for parking a vehicle. Uber/Lyft are a 10 minute drive from airport.
