Our bright and clean home features zen-like decore and colorful touches, bringing the outside into your living room with an indoor plant feature and vibrant colors to remind you of the Arizona countryside. We are extremely kid-friendly with cups, tables, games, and more!

HOUSE RULES:
1. No smoking or vaping on the property.
2. No Extra guests fee, please message us with the total number for insurance purposes.
3. Guests should follow all fire precautions with children and the use of the firepit.
4. All adults on the property (age 25+) should be sent to the hosts with names and email addresses to agree to house rules with written consent.
5. Guests agree to the cancellation policy and are encouraged to get travel insurance if they feel last-minute changes might occur.
6. Guests agree to not flush any feminine products into the toilet (at guests' cost if these items are found).
7. Guests agree to clean the grill after use.
8. Guests agree not to leave children or pets unattended on the property.

PET POLICY:
1.) 2 dogs or less, 20 lbs or less
2.) ALL pets must be approved by hosts
3.) Please pick up your pet's waste. (a fee of $50 will be charged)
4.) No pets on beds or furniture. ($100 charge applies)
5.) A pet fee will be applied thru VRBO per stay.
