Welcome to Pinetop Peaks! This one-of-a-kind A-frame cabin is truly an architectural gem in the White Mountains!

The main cabin has two kitchens, two living areas, 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. The two sides can be separated by a door kind of like adjoining hotel rooms. There is also a separate casita over the garage that has its own full bath, kitchenette, bed, TV, and office area. This setup makes it perfect for multiple families vacationing together, a reunion, or friends group.

Whether you're looking for a snowy retreat or a cool mountain summer getaway, this 3700+ sqft cabin is the perfect accommodation for up to 18 guests. Located in the tranquil and prestigious guard-gated community of White Mountain Summer Homes, this cabin is a hidden gem in Pinetop.

Beautiful property. We had a large group and way the space was split up allowed our group great flexibility. The property had everything we needed and was very clean. We felt right at home.

Amazing place

Was a beautiful cabin and fits 10 people very comfortably. The whole place was absolutely gorgeous and would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a getaway.

Great cabin for a family gathering

Spent Christmas at the cabin and had a great time. There was plenty of space for everyone and a great family room to spend time together. Having two kitchens was really nice as well. Great location and well maintained.

Great Time

We had a great time and the house was great. Only complaint was the bigger kitchen. The kitchen items provided were ok but not great. The stove did not work well. Location is great!The

White Mountain house

The house was clean with plenty of room for a large group. Unfortunately it needs a little tlc. Many light bulbs were out, It appeared maybe a breaker was flipped because there were no lights in one bathroom and the outlets didn't work. One dishwasher had no silverware container, the microwave had no handle, multiple dining chairs were broken, screens didn't close, no body wash in any showers, only two trash bags and they didn't fit the cans anyway, the ice maker didn't work. All these things could be fixed fairly easily and make for a much more enjoyable stay.

We have since made sure that all of the light bulbs are getting changed on a regular basis and we have since gotten brand new appliances in the kitchen. For your next stay and for any future guests, there is a brand new fridge, microwave, stove, oven, and microwave!

Good house, needs updates

We chose this house based on location and size to fit 6 adults and 5 kids all under 6 years old. Pros: It had plenty of beds and space for all of us to have our needed rooms and maintain privacy and quiet. There were a ton of blankets and linens to make sure everyone was comfortable and cozy. The two kitchens gave us a ton of space to cook and prep a Thanksgiving dinner without stepping on each other's toes. The living room in the new side of the house was great and we found ourselves in that space most of the time during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet (almost completely empty this time of year) and it felt safe, walkable, and full of wildlife. Cons: The spaces looked much larger in the photos than they seemed to be in real life. The house had some maintenance issues that should be taken care of including, a broken handle on the microwave, light bulbs out all over the house, one of the toilets was broken for the first two days we were there before being fixed (this was unexpected on behalf of the owner and they tried remedying the situation ASAP), there is a hole in the ground of the backyard (septic?) that needs to be fixed for safety, odd plumbing in the casita (we think reverse plumbed in the shower), and heating that inconsistently heats the house. Some rooms stayed cold and others were too warm. A closet door had come off the track, some outside doors stuck or had trouble closing, leaky seals. A few updates would value this house for the cost.

Great place for a group

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were 5 couples and we had plenty of room for everyone and didn’t feel on top of each other. Beds were comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. Rooms were a good size. Kitchen (s) we’re big. There were plenty of pans, utensils, plates and cups for everyone. We did have to use our own trash bags and paper towels we brought as we couldn’t find any in the house, but everything else was great. We sat out back, enjoyed the cool weather had our coffee., it was lovely. Would recommend.

Very spacious, great location, great for families!

The cabin is perfect for large groups or multiple families. Many bedrooms with multiple beds, two kitchens, two living areas - almost too big for our family of five (felt like we could have had two more families with us! Plenty of toys for our little ones although they spent most of their time outside riding their bikes around the very safe, beautiful, and friendly neighborhood. Also, five minute walk from golf course - a hole with a lake that can keep the kids entertained for hours, looking for frogs and crawdads! While the cabin is not recently updated, it is perfectly comfortable for a rustic stay in the mountains where you will want to spend most of the time outside!

Beautiful cabin getaway

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin, it was perfect for our large group! The cabin was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Due to it being so large we all had our own space. Communication with the host was great, check in was easy! The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We definitely would love to stay here again in the future.

Amazingly beautiful!

Upon arriving we saw how gorgeous the property is and huge! It had all of the accommodations including things we didn't expect such as baby chair and crib. The place has many sleeping locations that we didn't even use the Casita. The kids had space to run around in the living and when they were tired there was movies they watched. The snow fell the 2nd day and the view was from a fairy tail, it was incredible! Thank you.

We had dreams of our kids being able to come up and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood and all that the White Mountains have to offer. This property is unlike any that we have ever seen before and we are betting it's a first for you as well! It is an architectural masterpiece of intersecting A-Frames that make for a breathtaking cathedral type great room. There are so many unique nooks and crannies that make for such a unique and cozy experience. It's also setup so well to have multiple families vacationing together. It can be split into two separate sides that have their own entrances, kitchens, living rooms, and even individual heating. You can put kids on one side so adults can stay up later or have two families with their own areas. There are so many possibilities with this unique home. Not to mention the separate casita over the garage that has its own kitchenette.

It is nestled near the center of a guard-gated country club community with beautiful winding roads among the tall ponderosas and oaks. We highly recommend taking long walks or bike rides through this gorgeous neighborhood.
