You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. We sit across the street from a park and are surrounded by two other parks, including a nine hole golf course, and Harvard Park Rec Center with Outdoor Pool. Wide open floor plan with 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and a nice patio area for barbecues. This three-level home is updated w/ granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. Superb walkable location to restaurants, bars, shopping, South Pearl St.& SOBO. EZ access to Light Rail,Downtown, DTC. House is an Open Floor Plan. There are Three Levels- Lower Level has larger bedroom and Ensuite Bathroom. Main Level Has Living Room with Fireplace, Dining Room, Fully Stocked Kitchen with all Utensils, Coffee Maker, Grinder, Expresso Maker, Laundry Room, and Back Yard Patio. Third Level is Loft Area w/ 2nd Bedroom with Shower

Great property, a few things need attention

Nice spacious house, great living area and kitchen, the location has a beautiful view of a park and adjacent to many paths. It was a good location for all our adventures and the owner was prompt with communicating. Unfortunately this was overshadowed by a handful of things which are easily fixed. I rate this as 7/10. Please talk to the cleaners… when we arrived the downstairs bathroom had hair in the shower, debris on the carpet and it smelled like maybe a pet accident. :( Upstairs a seal from a new bottle of something was on the shower shelf, the floor was discolored and had moldy corners. Also the drawers, hamper and closets are full of personal items. My husband opened a drawer with a leopard print something, another drawer had CPAP equipment. I opened a drawer to nylons and more underthings. Awkward and very unusual. We kept our garments in our suitcases. It would be nice to have another hairdryer upstairs, and as others mentioned a house manual. Again, all of these are easily fixed.

Beautiful neighborhood

This house is located in such a lovely area. I was nervous about a city I didn’t know but was immediately at ease when we arrived. Everyone we encountered was so friendly, it’s right across from a park. We even got to see the local fire department do training at the park which was fun. The house was one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed in. The house was filled with personal items which was unexpected for me, dentures in the drawers, Owners food in the freezer, clothes in the hampers. But I was definitely willing to overlook that because on the plus side there was tons of toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, etc. My big complaint is that the house is heavy on candles and artificial fragrance, I ended up having some asthma issues. It also is very very heavy on the god decor, bibles in bathrooms, quotes everywhere, books everywhere, but something that made the trip memorable for us. I would suggest the host add a little binder with house rules, we didn’t know what to do with trash and actually got concerned that we were in the wrong house with so many personal belongings haha. It was lovely though and while we can’t stay again due to the fragrance, I would still recommend the property.

Great Spot for Locals and Out of Towners

Myself, 15-year old out-of-town niece and two kids (2 and 4) stayed for just over a week at this location. My family lives in Denver but needed a place to stay while our basement was being finished. This was clean and safe neighborhood, close to a local pool and a few parks. A quick drive to downtown and other nearby attractions. The house was so cute and LOVED the kitchen. Very spacious and easy to cook meals every night. We liked the outdoor space to change up family dinner location. The living room is large and perfect for a stay-in movie night kind of night. Host was nice and easy to get ahold of during the stay. Would stay here again. Thanks! :-)

Nice duplex in a great location

This home is in a lovely neighborhood with three bordering parks. The property was clean and spacious. It is not noted in the description, but it is a side-by-side duplex that the owners usually occupy. It didn't bother us, but we do feel it should have been identified as such. Overall, we had a great stay and thus rate this 5 stars. However, there are some issues that we were surprised to encounter with a home described as "upscale": - All of the drawers in both bedrooms were filled and the only space to put things that couldn't be hung was on top of the dressers - The pillows were old and lumpy. All three of us discussed whether we should go buy new pillows. - There are no hand towels, tissues, cups, or waste basket in the bathrooms. - There was only a small bit of space in one cabinet to put the food we brought. Other than these relatively minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay. The owner was responsive to a question we had about where to put recycling. A manual with explanations like this would be helpful to have and would help renters be able to enjoy their trip without needing to contact the owners.

Wonderful home. Great location amidst several parks.

We loved our stay. Each bedroom featured an en suite bathroom. Beautifully decorated. Very convenient location. Friendly neighborhood Friendly and responsive host. If/when we return to Denver, this will be our first/only option

Great Denver Location by park

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for all four of us. The location was great. We did lots of walking throughout the neighborhoods and enjoyed the park across the street. The home was clean and had everything we needed.

Great accomadations & squeaky clean!

Deliciously clean & comfy, good open spaces and consistent wi-fi! it was near lots of good plain breakfast food. The entire house was spotless with nice sturdy pieces of furniture! The couch accomadates people of any size…movies anyone?

Great place

Spent 8 nights here. Had no issues at all. Cooked several meals. This place has EVERYTHING you need. Location is perfect for parks, restaurants and access to get around. We will stay here again.

Lovely Denver Duplex

Visiting our family for T-giving holiday, we were quite pleased with the home - yes, home not just a house. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us staying there and our granddaughter’s family to come over and visit. The kitchen was magnificent and definitely well stocked with anything needed. Spacious and just all around lovely. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in Denver

Great Location & Plenty of Room

The photos of the property are exactly as in the listing, but the common areas are even larger than I imagined. Fabulous kitchen and living areas for family to gather and spend time together. We were there for the Thanksgiving holiday and the kitchen had everything we needed (and more) and there was plenty of room for multiple people to be cooking/snacking at the same time. The bedrooms are also a good size and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms could have used a deep cleaning and the shower head in the upstairs/loft bathroom could use some work as it sprayed toward the wall instead of the person taking the shower, but these were just inconveniences that would not keep us from booking this property again. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our extended holiday stay.

Gorgeous, clean, spacious duplex

This place is lovely. It's across the street from a park, has ample street parking, and is in walking distance of restaurants and shops on Broadway. The property manager/owner was always quick to reply to emails, and everything went smoothly. The decor may be a bit overwhelming for people who aren't religious Christians. There are numerous crosses, Biblical quotes, etc. in every room and hallway, including a sign that says, "I see you. -- God," which freaked us out a bit! If you've ever been inside a Hobby Lobby, you'll understand when I say that the decor looks like it could be exclusively from there. If you don't mind religious sayings and icons where you're staying, you'll love this place. Even though I myself am not religious, I'm happy we stayed there.

Wonderful Rosedale Location

This property is in a great location across the street from a park with easy access to Denver and Englewood and surrounding areas. This was a great location in Denver with easy access and plenty of space. It has ample street parking and we parked in front of the house every day. We cook many meals and appreciated the updated kitchen and appliances.

Excellent Location

The property was clean, spacious, and centrally located to everything you would need. Loved the park across the street. Should have been stocked better with supplies to accommodate a week-long stay.

Very spacious and quiet

We enjoyed having the park and walkable places in the area. It would be a nice spot for a long stay because the kitchen and living area are very spacious. It was also very quiet.

Nice home near parks

This house was clean, roomy, and a good location for us. Nice being across from a park. Could have been stocked a little better with supplies, but overall an excellent place to stay. Recommended.

We are empty nesters that have a 2nd home in the Colorado mountains. We utilize this home when we are in Denver and frequently are up in the beautiful mountains of Colorado enjoying the our 2nd home.

After our kids left the nest, we moved out of the suburbs of Denver and found this ideal property that was suited our lifestyle. We were looking for a centrally located property in a Denver walkable neighborhood that was in close proximity to restaurants, bars, shopping and all the cool Denver neighborhoods.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Our home is Surrounded by three beautiful parks and within a mile of Denver's Washington Park. There is a nine hole golf course across the street along with a recreation center (Harvard Gulch Rec Center) with fitness center and outdoor swimming pool that guests are able to access.
