Please note that a one-time, non-refundable member transfer fee of $250 is required and paid separately from your booking. This fee includes:

The fee is charged once per rental stay, regardless of the length of the reservation. Considering the included golf privileges and absence of green fees, this represents exceptional vacation value.

To ensure a smooth check-in process, these fees must be paid well in advance of your arrival. Failure to complete the transfer process ahead of time may result in delays at the community gate.
