Online photos and reality were different. Construction was going on that we either missed or didn't know. Great view but needs some upgrades.

Location and accessibility to the beach could not have been any better . Perfect room for my family stay and parking and convenience to access our room was perfect able to unload right in front of the room. We plan to stay here again in the future, we will be back.

We loved being able to walk out the back door, and within steps, we were on the beach. The parking garage was easy to use and not packed or hard to enter/exit. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because I think the room could use a deep cleaning. It’s an older condo, and for its age it’s decent. The appliances are outdated, the Fridge is squeaky, and beside the stove is dirty. But for the price and location, hard to complain. I think if they did a deep clean and updated the appliances and replaced the doors ( doors swelled at bottom from water damage) they could rent it out for a lot more. We had a good time and enjoyed the stay.

We were unable to stay at the property due to the state of the it when we arrived. It was the nastiest place I’ve rented. I have been a cleaner for vacation rentals before, and the cleaner should’ve been fired on the spot. Trash left in the room, dust smudges on the blinds that had to of been from months of collecting, hand prints and smudges left on the mirrors, dirty sheets with hair in them that had not been changed, and stains on the pillow cases and the rest of the bedding, sand all in the floor, pubic hair and pee left on the toilet and hair left in the shower. Literally awful. And good luck trying to get the host (Mark) to respond. The worst hospitality I’ve ever experienced. To pay over 800 to stay in something like that is despicable. The only good thing I have to say about the place at all is that the location was perfect. It’s a shame we weren’t able to stay there because it was filthy.

Excellent location

We would definitely stay here again. Loved how we were a short walk to the beach and we could even walk to pier park to shop and sharkys to eat. Everything was so close to us. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean, Convenient, Comfortable Condo

The Great 108 was clean and comfortable. Being on the first floor made it easy and quick to get out on the beach. And it's close to a lot of restaurants. Mark was a pleasure to work with and even allowed us to check in early. Will definitely stay here again.

It is exactly as described. Clean and tidy. Perfect location. Perfect size for a couple. Will be back to this rental on next trip, if available.

Awesome visit

We stayed 2 nights. 2 young children and 2 adults. The access to the beach was awesome. Parking was right by our door. Everyone was so nice. Wasn’t afraid to leave our Sandy items outside to dry. There is a few complaints, more with Vrbo then host. Over all would stay again.

The Great 108

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Location was amazing. Description was spot on. Beds were slightly uncomfortable but just my opinion. Communication was great. Check was super easy.

Best vacation with grandpa

Me and my girls took my dad and had the best time. The room was absolutely perfect! The location was great, the steps to pool and beach were short! Cant complain about anything!!! Will stay here again!!!

Great location .

We had a great time, the access to the beach was exactly as described, NO stairs. The place was perfect size and very convenient to lots of shops and restaurants.

Amazing place to stay!

The condo was in an amazing spot. First floor ! We spent the days on the beach! The condo had a kitchenette which is great for those mid day snack/lunch breaks. The bathroom is shower only but that is all we needed. It is in walking distance of the Pier and Pier park. Several places to eat and shop within walking distance. We had an amazing time. Only bad thing i can say about it is the beds are a little uncomfortable. But that may just be me. Also the chair rental guy asked us to move our set up to past the condo we were staying at amd threatened us with HOA issues so we moved. I feel as if i rented the condo we should be able to set up in front of it.

I HIGHLY recommend "The Great 108"!

Last week was my 2nd time staying in this particular unit in the past 5 months! It is an absolutely perfect beach front condo! I love how conveniently close this unit is to the beach. Just step out the back door, and there's the beach! Mark, the owner, has done an absolutely wonderful job decorating & maintaining his condominium! It is decorated beautifully, and incredibly comfortable, which is perfect for a vacation to the beach! Mark is very easy to work with, and incredibly accommodating! Thanks so much, Mark, for providing me with 2 wonderful visits in your beloved "Great 108"! I look forward to returning in the future!😊

Ideal Location on PCB

The location of the condo is excellent right on the beach within a 15 minute walk of Pier Park and several good restaurants. The condo itself was nice. It could use a little TLC in some areas; cabinets don’t match, bathroom door was peeling, and I’ve never stayed in a Vrbo where there wasn’t at least some trash bags, extra toilet paper, or some coffee. However, I wanted something that wasn’t going to break the bank yet still get me on the beach and this condo fit the bill. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was quiet even during spring break. I’d stay here again.

Beware****at first it seemed like a great place to stay with a friendly host. However, my trip was ruined. When I arrived I had no communication from VrBo for checking in. I was down there with 2 kids and it was past 4pm and no email or anything. I called vrbo and they told me the codes had to come from the owner. They called him several times and no answer. Finally after 30 min he tried to call me and then he did 3 way with vrbo. He gave me the codes. When I got in the room it was dirty. Beds were not made and towels on the floor like someone had been there or was still there. When I called him he realized he made a mistake. I told him we had been on the road all day and now it was ruined because we couldn’t shower to go and get something to eat. I had dinner plans with my family that had to be canceled til Friday. He said that he would get the cleaners over and compensate me a night. I agreed that was fair. However, that was on the 4th of April it is now 17th and I have had to ask him again. He replied that we broke a starfish and stained a comforter. I asked why he didn’t mention it 2 weeks ago. I have stayed at many places down in Panama City and never had an issue with this kind of service. Why would I break a cheap star fish. If I had dropped it from the table it would shatter not break off. That could have happened before we came. His cleaners did a lousy job cleaning anyway b/c they were in a rush. They could have missed the Damage. I would recommend another place.

This unit is a 'cabana' level unit. Which means there are no steps in or out of this nicely decorated studio condominium. Walk right out to the beach from the patio and enjoy stopping by the on site Tiki Bar as you make your way to the beach. There is also a heated swimming pool for those who may want lounge on the pool deck.
