The layout of Summer Haven 4 is uniquely designed, with sleeping arrangements on the bottom and third floors, and the main living area situated on the second floor. This setup is ideal for accommodating separate families or multiple generations of guests. The first floor features a beachfront custom-built bunk room. Step through sliding glass doors to the sun deck, where you can enjoy stunning Gulf views from outdoor furniture. The bunk room offers ample sleeping options with two sets of custom-built full/full bunks, twin bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa for two. The full bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with glass doors and double vanities for added comfort.

Upstairs, the open living area features plush furnishings in soothing coastal shades of blue, perfectly complementing the brand-new flooring. Guests can relax on the love seat or the couch, which also doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Panoramic sliding glass doors lead to the upper-level sundeck, equipped with a table and chairs for alfresco dining with a surfside view.
