Very nice unit and good location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice unit and we had a great time. It was immaculate and comfortable. The only negative is that the condo to the left of us blocked our view down the beach from our balcony. But the view straight ahead was awesome.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway!

A beautiful clean condo with a wonderful location and stunning views! The beach chairs are SUCH a great bonus. We would absolutely stay here if we came back to PCB

Reviewer Comments: Comments are meant to be constructive criticism - based on stay with 3 families/ 6 guests ranging 3 - 91 yrs old.Extra tall Bar stool type deck furniture difficult for elderly & small children - need to have some regular table/chairs available. No (not enough) rods/hooks in bathrooms to hang used bath towels to dry. Need a fold out or table to set suitcase in lieu of unpacking on short stays rather than floor. Re-write TV/cable operation guide for the equip. Says GE remote - no GE there.Kitchen furnishings etc GREAT! Recliners Great! Overall stay Great!

Great week!

Beautiful condo! Plenty of room, amazing view. Loved that. They were plenty of bath towels provided. Only complaint is that I got no communication regarding address or condo number or how to get in. I looked through my emails to see if I missed anything and I hadn’t. Contacted Verbo and had to do a chat, which went well. They provided me the phone number of pelican walk, the complex the condo is in. I called and they gave me address, condo number, and code to get in. would’ve just been nice to have a detailed email with instructions location, etc. sent to me ahead of time. Would’ve saved some headache. Highly recommend to others that they contact condo company at least a week before travel to get this info.

We sent you a reservation confirmation email that included check-in information and instructions along with the address to Pelican Walk on 3/27/23 at 9:00am. Another email was sent 24 hours before arrival, again with Check-in instructions and the address. Possibly, they went to your junk or spam folder, as the instructions were sent as an attachment.

We have stayed in several different units depending on the # of guests. 501 was very nice. It had everything that we needed. We have already booked this same unit for next year. Highly recommend this unit and Pelicans Walk. Awesome place to stay.

The pools are clean, the view is breathtaking and the ladies in the office work so hard to help each guest enjoy their stay. Would Rent Again if in the area

Need to clean sliding glass door tracks, couldn't open screen to one of the doors. Beds were very comfy but higher end sheets would be even better.

All beds were slept in and I can say they are the best mattresses on the beach. Thank you for having the games and puzzles. We really enjoyed it. I have stayed at Pelican Walk several times and I am never disappointed but this condo is top notch.

Answered all questions and promptly came up to condo when we had a question about the dishwasher. Definitely on the quieter side of PCB. Grocery shopping nearby. View from balcony is somewhat limited as it is an end unit that is set back from units in the middle of the building, obstructing views to the west. Otherwise the only bad thing was the crummy weather for the entire week! Maybe next year will be better...
