The first-floor:
has a large fully equipped kitchen with seating for 5, comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, separate dining area with seating for 6 (extra chairs provided), a 2nd fridge, full laundry room, private dedicated workspace, nautical themed queen bedroom and 1 full bathroom.

The second-floor:
has a second workspace, very large master bedroom, roomy enough for a pack n play, with a king bed, reading area, large walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, 2 sinks and oversized soaking tub.
There is a coastal bedroom with 2 twin beds and a colorful bedroom that has a queen bed - both share a full bathroom featuring 2 sinks and a bathtub/shower.

The lower-level:
has 2 coastal themed bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed - 1 full bathroom with a bathtub/shower, living room with a gas fireplace, kitchen with a 3rd fridge, dining/game table, workspace and patio access.

Outside spaces:
Large screened in front porch. Perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and relaxing. Back patio with seating, dining table/chairs, grill and party lights.

Location:
Quillen Road is a tucked away residential neighborhood. Thompson Island nature trail is a few blocks from the house and offers hiking and wonderful Rehoboth Bay sunset views.

3 miles to Towers Beach and the Rehoboth Bay. Towers Beach has plenty of parking, restrooms and lifeguards. The bay access also has parking and a bathroom and is a great place for kids since it's very shallow with hardly any waves. It's a great place to float the day away and watch the sunset

Getting around and additional information:
Both Rehoboth and Dewey are about 5 minutes by car and easily bike-able. There is a traffic light near the house on Route 1 with a pedestrian crosswalk that allows for easy biking to the beach, Poodle Beach and into downtown Rehoboth. Uber and Lyft are also available and very efficient. If you're going to the beach in Rehoboth and plan to park in permitted areas you may purchase a weekly or daily parking pass through the city of Rehoboth. State Parks require daily parking fees. There are also many local routes to areas which I would be more than happy to share.
