The place was clean and had all the supplies we needed. The walk to the beach is 10-15 minutes depending on how much you're carrying. NOTE: The pools and parking are NOT included in the price. It is on the listing but way down in the instructions. It's 20 per person for a pool wristband and 25 per car for parking (more if your stay is longer than a week or something). You wear the wristband for the entirety of your stay. Our dryer went out the 2nd day but they brought us towels even though it was after hours. The technician was there the next dayOverall it is a good place for the price

The stay was great however the place we stayed at had terrible mosquitoes inside the condo. My children got ate up. Other than that, it was great.

Amazing Stay!

Was a perfect stay! Not too far of a walk to the beach and the pool access/hot tub and pool access made it even better!! Will definitely return here!

Started out good , until the last 3 days when a roofing company showed up at 5 in the morning with no notice and started roofing , we have littles and was woke up to people on our balcony and shingles flying on our car and nails flying everywhere .

For the first full night we had no WiFi due to the electrical socket being loose and the shower curtain was full of mold. There were so many beehives upstairs and downstairs that we could not enjoy outside as much as we wanted to. The bbq grill was in horrible condition. We had plans to bbq for one of the kids’ birthday but we had nowhere else to use a bbq grill at. The host came by and said she would send someone over to get it cleaned but that never happened. We made the best of it but wish we could’ve had a little bit more of a great experience that we paid for.

Nice Vacation in Panama City Beach

The condo was very nice and clean and the location was great but there were some items to be aware. First, this listing is managed by a company - not an individual owner which has pros and cons. Second, there are significant additional fees you only know about if you read ALL THE WAY to the end of the listing. Parking is not free. Amenities, including the pool and beach access are not free. Pls read the listing carefully. Finally, we had two major safety issues. One was taken care of very quickly with a small repair. The second was pretty serious and their resolution time was very delayed! Our code was delete the evening before our stay ended, locking us out. Luckily one person in our party was still in the house, as were our 2 yr old and 5 yr old! If it had been just the 2 yr old it would have been EXTREMELY dangerous. It took over 30 minutes to get ahold of someone from the property agency to get the code reset. This was much too long!
