The spectacular beach features the most beautiful, soft, powdery sand around! The sloping, shallow entrance makes the beach ideal for little ones to splash, for teenagers to skim- and boogie-board, and for adults to plant their beach chairs to relax and soak it all in. Because Sunsets on the Shores is a beachfront condo, you won’t have to lug your beach wagon and supplies to the crowded public beach; you can go from condo to beach – and back! – as you please. If you need a break from the beach sun or ocean breezes, retreat to the pool for a refreshing dip.

Sunsets on the Shores features a primary suite with ocean views, a king bed, walk-in closet, and a desk with monitor for your remote work-from-home office. The secondary suite includes a queen bed with a twin trundle and additional desk for working remotely…if you must! Both bathrooms include walk-in showers, and the primary suite bathroom includes a hairdryer and a safety bar in the shower. A free reserved parking space and two elevators allow for easy access.

A convertible chair/twin bed in the living room allows the condo to comfortably sleep six. The living room has a new 50-inch smart TV, and both bedrooms include TVs. All come with standard cable; remember to bring your app logins for full access to your favorite Netflix, Prime, Hulu and other premium channels. High speed wireless internet is included.

The kitchen features a view of the sunrise over the intracoastal waterway. It is fully stocked with plates, pots, pans, etc. and includes a full-sized refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, Cuisinart dual pod/pot coffee maker and microwave. The brand new in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to pack light! Linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach canopy and a few games and activities are included.

Walk to local restaurants or hop on the Suncoast Trolley for easy access to Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, John’s Pass, Treasure Island, and anywhere else in between!
