Super cute little cottage, not far from everything. We rented bikes which was 30 for 24 hours and highly recommend that.

A Perfect Stay at the Perfect Wave Cottage!We had an amazing time at the Perfect Wave Cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The communication was prompt for our getaway to Seabrook. The cottage itself was beautifully appointed, with stunning views and all the amenities we could want.The location was perfect for our needs, offering the tranquility we sought along with easy access to nearby attractions. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the cottage, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living space. The little things were all so thought out. We feel blessed to have had the opportunity to share time together in this home.Overall, our experience was nothing short of fantastic! Thank you to our wonderful hosts, Richard and Yvonne for their courteous service and for making our vacation so memorable. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Comfy Cabin in Seabrook

Very comfortable and clean cabin! The hot tub was a big plus and very comfortable in the rain. Communication with the owner was top notch. Would absolutely stay again.

Was just looking for a short get-a-way when we seen the Seabrook Big Foot Brew Fest. Found your little cabin and thought it was perfect for a short stay. Great location, such a great little community. Will definitely keep in mind for future stays!!

Wonderful!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at "A Perfect Wave" Amazing hosts. The place was absolutely perfect and exactly as described. Communication from the host was super! Everything from booking, to check in, house rules, and check out was easy and well thought out. I had left an item of mine at the cabin and quickly emailed the host, who got back to me immediately with help in getting my things back to me. :) Thank you so much for a wonderful anniversary and birthday weekend get away. We will for sure be back!!

Seabrook is a nice area: this is a cute little cabin w comfy beds. Cleaning needed to be better but host was willing to remedy. If you are sensitive to fragrances this spot might not work for you but otherwise ok.

Cozy getaway

We had such a fun time at Seabrook! The cottage was perfect for our needs, with all the necessary amenities and so cozy and comfortable! We really enjoyed sitting out at the firepit in the evening and playing games inside when it got extra windy. We explored just about everywhere, rode our bikes, walked the trails, the beach and the community. We truly had the best time, thanks so much!

Cozy little cabin

We enjoyed our stay in this quirky, wholly rental community. We didn't do much research about what Seabrook offered and didn't so it was a bit of a surprise. Our cabin was very nice and clean, though the pictures made it seem a bit more spacious. Very common in real estate and accommodations advertising. That didn't bother our close family. We spent plenty of time on the very comfortable couch reading, napping, board gaming and a little TV viewing. The hot tub was a nice treat though a little frothy. We did have a very small ant issue in the bathroom. Small because they were tiny and that there weren't very many. Didn't at all ruin our stay. The beach was very peaceful and tranquil despite the early spring weather.

Better sharp knives, there were only 2. Refrigerator froze my cucumbers but the beer was really cold. Refrigerator is really loud. We are not really complaining, just a little bit maintenance. Thank you Richard!

This was my first visit to Seabrook and I couldn't have stayed at a nicer place. Extremely comfortable with all possible amenities available. I was very impressed with the layout of the small house. I could have lived there by myself forever. Thank you, Richard!

This is a great little cottage that is close to the main section of Seabrook. It was truly a delight staying here and we hope to come back again. Very clean and quite functional, even for four guests (only it was just the two of us). The hot tub in the back is a great way to unwind from a day at the beach. Really appreciate the host having coffee to enjoy in the mornings. A nice plus! I highly recommend staying here, as the location and host are fantastic!
