Great property, amazing location !!

We loved our stay, the condo is huge, plenty of room for friends and family, outside patio is perfect for sunrises and sundowns, unite equipped with everything you need accept beach equipment

Exceeded our expectations

Between the view from the rap-around patio to the luxurious finishes in the master bath’s connected to each bedroom we, were blown away by just how nice the condo was. Lots of room for our families to spread out. Our friends came with their 7 month old baby who we never heard cry. Our children slept in their respective beds and not in ours. Which is something they don’t do at home. The many pools in the various different phases of the resort allowed for a good amount of variety. The proximity to the beach was truly icing on the cake. We are already making plans to come back with no kids and another couple.

This place is huge and amazing views. You can spread out or come together in living areas and wrap around deck. Our party of 7 enjoyed our first time in Rocky Point and this place made it special. We didn’t get a ton of info at check in about property and food options but quickly figured everything out. Would definitely rent again especially if large party!

Our lake home keeps us busy with boating, kayaking, and making the most of nature, but during the colder months, we escape to our condo in Rocky Point to soak up the sunshine, ocean views, and warm coastal lifestyle.

We enjoy golfing, practicing yoga, outdoor walks, hiking, meeting new people, and experiencing local music and entertainment. Over the years, Rocky Point has truly become our second home. We love everything it has to offer—from the friendly local community and unique shopping to the beautiful beaches, delicious restaurants, golf, pools, and hot tubs.

We absolutely love this part of Mexico because of the friendly, welcoming people and the relaxed atmosphere. Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort is beautifully maintained, spacious, and offers something for everyone. Whether you prefer relaxing on the balcony of our condo while taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean or heading out to explore the area, you’ll find plenty to enjoy.

Las Palomas features three resort phases, each with expansive outdoor areas that include heated pools, lazy rivers, swim-up bars, food and beverage service, comfortable poolside loungers, and beachside palapas. Throughout the resort, you’ll find inviting common areas with impeccably maintained stainless-steel grills available for guests to prepare their own meals.

The resort also offers on-site restaurants, a coffee shop, convenience store, fitness center, and golf course. Located on beautiful Sandy Beach, Las Palomas provides easy access to local vendors offering food, souvenirs, banana boat rides, jet ski rentals, and other beach activities.

One of the things our family, friends, and guests comment on most is how spacious and comfortable the condo feels. Many have said that the moment they walk through the door, it feels as though they have stepped onto a luxury cruise ship, with expansive, panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez stretching as far as the eye can see. The floor-to-ceiling views create an immediate sense of relaxation and awe.

There is something incredibly peaceful about hearing the waves from every room and waking up each morning to the beauty of the ocean just outside your window. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise, spotting dolphins from the patio, or ending the day with a spectacular sunset, the views are unforgettable. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and experience the beauty of Rocky Point from one of the best vantage points on Sandy Beach.
