Newly remodeled log cabin next to beautiful Wisconsin River- Rivers Edge Cabin

This recently updated 1 bedroom and loft, 1 bathroom cabin is the perfect place to unwind after a day well spent in the Driftless Area. Whether you are exploring the Wisconsin River (within short walking distance), checking out the House on the Rock, or in town for Muscoda’s Morel Fest, let our two-acre property be your oasis.

OUR SPACE

The main bedroom and loft each feature a queen size bed, while the sofa folds down into a third bed. There is free laundry and a smart TV included in the bedroom on the main level. The full bath includes a walk-in shower. Enjoy a home cooked meal from the fully furnished kitchen and outdoor grill in the cozy breakfast nook. After a long day relax in the living area watching the smart TV or looking out the large, beautiful windows while you enjoy the electric fireplace. Unwind and enjoy beverages and conversation on the spacious porch or next to the firepit with wood included for your stay.

THINGS TO DO

Just a short 20-minute drive to Spring Green, there is plenty to do in this unique community. Quaint shops fill the downtown, visit the famous historical attractions related to Frank Lloyd Wright, play a round of golf at the beautiful House on the Rock Resort golf course, or see an always enjoyable play at American Players Theatre.

There are a variety of activities for those who find joy in nature. All within 30 miles, enjoy multiple state and county parks, Blackhawk Lake Recreation Area, canoe/kayak/float/fish the Wisconsin River, canoe or kayak the Pine River, plenty of hiking, biking, and snowshoeing trails, UTV trails and access to the snowmobile trail within 200 yards of the cabin.

Take a scenic drive to one of the local wineries or breweries to enjoy beautiful views and tasty beverages. Enjoy a variety of eateries in Muscoda and the surrounding communities.

The whole place was so cozy! Very clean and relaxing. We initially planned to come in August but had to reschedule due to a family emergency. Kelsey was very quick with responding and getting us rescheduled. There was also a little binder that had a long list of places to eat and see and a lot of them didnt come up in a google search, so that was definitely appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

The cabin looked amazing and was nicely decorated. It felt very cozy. Beds and couch were uncomfortable. Were they full or queen? Problems with main TV connection. Shower was good and a nice size.

This cabin is nestled in the woods and is a beautiful example of a true log cabin. The hosts have done a great job making it cozy and homey! Also it has a brand new grill ! Awesome

Cute cabin rental!

The cabin was well furnished and clean, roomy enough for our family stay for the weekend! Great little piece of property and fairly private. Located in a nice little town with a decent grocery store for all the necessary items. We used it as our homebase for adventures in the area, perfectly close to Cave of the Mounds, House on the Rock and Wisconsin Dells

Great Long Weekend Stay

Cabin

Easy location to find and in a quiet neighborhood area. Couch and corner dining seats were uncomfortable, but we didn't spend much time inside. If you are there in the winter months the furnace is loud...light sleepers bring your ear plugs. Lots of great scenic drives and hiking to do in the area. Early April wasn't an ideal time to really appreciate the natural beauty, but we enjoyed our stay here.

Property Owner Saved Our Weekend!

A few hours after checking into the VRBO on Friday, there was a mechanical issue in the house related to the extreme cold weather which could have ruined our entire weekend; however, the property owner promptly got someone on sight first thing Saturday morning, determined the issue couldn't be fixed immediately, found a property within 1 mile where we could stay for no additional fee, AND gave us a refund. Kelsey went above and beyond to make things right and I so very much appreciate it! She saved our weekend!I would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Great location! The facility was clean and organized. Living space was terrific! The kitchen was super for prep and cooking. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Thanks for a great stay! The property manager was responsive and a pleasure to work with! We will return!

Beautiful and Peaceful

The cabin was perfect for a getaway girls weekend! It was clean and comfortable and equipped with all the basics. The sun rising in the beautiful west windows and setting through the woods to the east, always shining on the patio was glorious. We enjoyed the porch, the firepit and breakfast nook most! Perfect for a couple best friends meeting halfway for the weekend.

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in this cabin. We enjoyed sitting on the porch after a day of hiking state parks. This was a perfect place to relax after a day of activities.
