Commodore 605- 2 Masters- FREE Beach Chairs!

This spacious 6th floor beachfront vacation rental condo at Commodore is awaiting your arrival as the perfect vacation destination in Panama City Beach, Florida! The master bedroom of unit 605 features a king bed with private bathroom, while the second master bedroom hosts a king bed with an additional private bathroom. The third bedroom hosts a queen bed along with twin bunk beds with access to the units 3rd bathroom. The beachfront balcony is large and spacious and provides a great spot to watch the sun rise or sun set! Both master bedrooms and the den have access to the ocean front balcony.
The owner of this condo provides a 2 person cabana chair with umbrella for guest to use from late March to mid October with a rental reservation.
The Commodore is located on the east end of Thomas Drive in the Lower Grand Lagoon section of Panama City Beach. Great Restaurants like Patches, Schooner's, Dat Cajun Place, The Grand Marlin, Captain Anderson's, Andy's Flour Power and J Michael's make dining out super easy while on vacation in the area.
St. Andrews State Park is 2 mins away and the family can enjoy hiking, sunbathing, and numerous activities at the beach area of the state park. The St. Andrews Marina is just 4 mins away and fishing excursions and dolphin tours are bookable on any given day. For the golfers in the group there are numerous golf courses just 15 mins away.
The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

Must be 25 and over to rent this beachfront vacation rental condo in Panama City Beach. 2 cars maximum allowed with rental.

44th wedding anniversary on the 4th!

The fireworks on the 4th were awesome. We love the familiar faces of the staff. They are always friendly and helpful.

Furniture was exactly as pictured. It was very important to us to have reclining seats. The dining table was odd, with hinges that stuck up so table top was not smooth. The bed was a little too hard for me.The porch was lovely with plenty of furniture to enjoy the outside.

Perfect Location

This condo was great! We loved being able to walk right to the beach and we loved having two masters with an ocean view 😍. We look forward to staying here again.

Great Place for Family

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is just like the pictures. Its a great place for family, quiet, relaxing, with a healthy environment. The beach is amazing, the heated pool were a plus, our bed was comfy. It had pretty much everything we needed except a blender.. Cort was very responsive and was extra helpful. My only observation was with housekeeping, who left the towels in the washer.

We loved the location . The price, the view . It just needed a better cleaning. We are all.in our seventies and were 3 sisters and a brother plus my partner. Close to everything. We would go on there again.

Great condo and location. Quieter side of PCB. Did have a visit from maintenance personnel needing to caulk area with no notice. Low on toilet paper, paper toweling, bring extra.Liked the size of the building and pool. Would book again.

Beach vacation

The condo itself has great furniture - couches, beds and tv's were great. The balcony was great - table seating and lounge chairs - awesome. The kitchen could be better stocked (i.e. silverware was minimal and no tongs for flipping bacon). Biggest problem was with the Commodore - the hoses being off daily when we left the beach - we had to come up to the condo with sand on everything - every day....annoying.

Spacious Condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at the commodore 605. The unit is very spacious with full kitchen, washer and dryer, roomy living area, a large balcony over looking the ocean and the two master bedrooms that is a nice addition. This unit is located at the lower (less hectic) end of Panama city beach which is just what we was looking for. You have several shops and dining options within walking distance or you can take a short drive and have access to some of the best restaurants in Panama city beach. The ocean views are beautiful, the condo is spacious and offers lots of amenities, the location is ideal, the host is very helpful and responsive. We will be staying in this unit again in the future.

Great Condo for a family vacation!

Cort's condo was the perfect condo for our Labor Day weekend getaway with our family! We had our sons and daughter-in-loves and two grandchildren. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was perfect. There is even a television in each room along with a large one in the common area. The one room has a queen size bed and a bunk bed which was perfect for the grands and the other two are masters. The view is wonderful from the large deck and it is easy to get to the beach and there was no problem waiting on elevators on the 6th floor. We also enjoyed having two chairs and the umbrella at the beach. The pool was great and there is also a hot tub. The condo is close to anything you would need, groceries, restaurants, and Walmart! The beds were comfortable and sitting area was nice to hang out and watch a movie together. Thank you for the perfect place to enjoying time with our children and grandchildren! We will definitely come back.

This beautiful beachfront condo offers amazing sunrise views over the Gulf of Mexico and after spending the day on the Beautiful white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach you can relax on the balcony as the sunset drops into the ocean just steps away!

The St Andrews State park is just a 3 minute drive and the St Andrews Marina is just a short 5 minute drive. Jet ski rentals, Banana Boat rides and Parasailing are available from the beach kiosk.

Fishing Excursions can be booked from the St Andrews Marina for day trips and overnight trips.

Renting a Pontoon Boat for a family day at Shell Island makes great family memories or you can book a Shell Island Adventure tour at the Marina.

Commodore 605 is a beautifully decorated 3 BR 3 BA Gulf of Mexico beachfront condo. Commodore is a great complex with amazing beach views from the balconies. This unit has 2 beachfront masters with access to the balconies and access from the den to the balcony also.
The sunsets are beautiful every single day.

The best restaurants in PCB are located within a short walk down the beach or a short car ride down Thomas Drive. You will love Patches the local bar and grill located adjacent to The Commodore. A short walk down the beach to the St Andrews state park is always a relaxing stroll.
