This excellent apartment is situated in the popular and very well maintained urbanization “Jardin Botánico” within a very short distance to the center of la Cala de Mijas and all amenities you need to enjoy your holiday such as a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.
It consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 of them equipped with single beds and the master bedroom with double bed, 2 bathrooms, one of them “én suite”, spacious and bright living/dining room with direct access to a south east facing, covered terrace with lots of sun and stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains, garden and pool. Of course a fully fitted large kitchen and a laundry room is also included .
The entire apartment is furnished with modern and comfortable, stylish furniture in the Scandinavian style.
This gated community has very well kept gardens and a lovely swimming pool. There is an elevator in the building.
