★Driving Conditions★
Its highly recommended that you have AWD or 4x4 to access the property from Sept to May. The roads are well maintained but with an elevation of 9,200 feet snow can and will come at any time. Additionally, we do our best to keep the driveway cleared of snow with a plow service after any significant snowfall. Therefore please be prepared for snow, it can easily disrupt your plans!

★Other Amenities★
Two miles away is the rec center which for a small entrance fee gives you access to a couple indoor pools great for swimming laps or playing with kids (water slide!), as well as a variety of exercise equipment.

★Living Room★
Spacious living room with beautiful views of the mountains and walkout access to the deck. A large sofa and comfortable lounge chair provide seating for 5 in front of the TV and a gas fireplace. Bring down the bean bag from the loft for an additional seat.

★TV and Entertainment★
50” Fire television with all the main streaming apps available. Just login and enjoy. With 100 mbps of wifi, you’ll have enough bandwidth for HD movies and other needs.

★ Cell Phone coverage★
AT&T and T-Mobile/Sprint have a decent cell coverage at the house and neighborhood whereas Verizon is very limited. Please download checkin information and Wifi password prior your arrival to avoid not being able to communicate with us.

★KITCHEN★
The spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal, including a electric stove, microwave, toaster and a coffee maker.

★BEDS & BATHS★
The chalet features 1 private bedroom (with Queen bed), a generous sized Loft with 2 full sized beds and 1 full bathroom with shower. Fully stocked with linens, towels, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner and body soap.

In addition to the deck off the main living space, there is an outdoor picnic table, a swing and a wood teepee for kids to enjoy.
