Fun in the sun

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Our unit had a great screened in porch with a wonderful view of the intercoastal and the gulf side beach access was just a short walk across the street. Would definitely stay here again. Condo was clean and nicely furnished.

Absolutely Amazing Rental!

Our family of three spent seven nights here over spring break and absolutely loved our stay! The condo's proximity to the bay, the beach and Manasota's restaurants and shops is outstanding. We enjoyed fishing at the dock, our daughter loved the pool and we all loved catching the evening sunsets from the beach, just a short stroll away. The condo itself is very clean, nicely furnished with comfortable beds and linens. It is stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and inflatables for the pool. The screened porch overlooking the bay was where we spent the majority of our time and I'm sure you will, too!

Nice place,

Nice place. I wish we would have known more about the devastation of the beaches. and the all day with trucks and bulldozers. We knew there was some issues. But wasn't informed how bad it was. Being from MN. We don't deal with hurricanes. The room was good . Pool good. didn't plan on traveling to find beaches. Only disappointed with that. So all in all the room nice pool good.

Sweet condo steps from the beach

Clean, bright, roomy condo. About 100 yard walk to the beach. This unit is upstairs so prepare for that. Nice pool and access to a dock on the bay side. Well appointed.

Bad Communication

Was left stranded to find another place to stay after waiting outside of the building for nearly an hour after check in time. We were never provided with a lock code or check-in information. Another family in the parking lot had a similar issue. The host BLAMED ME, for “not calling and texting.” I messaged her multiple times in the VRBO app and VRBO support called her twice. The outside of the building looked nice. We got to see the dock and the pool. The island obviously had hurricane damage that they were working on.

Love this location! The place was newly renovated, clean and host was very responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend and will come back again.

Wonderful Weekend in Englewood

We were visiting Englewood for the third time, but this was our first time to stay at this condo - and by far our best!! Very clean, very spacious, very easy to check in, closeness to beach and bay were perfect! Had literally everything we needed down to the beach towels and coffee filters! We will absolutely come back!!

Not for us

The online picture showed a lovely view of the water and there is, indeed a lovely view is there if you look a ceratin way. If you look left there is a vast trailer park and to the right a popular and busy outdoor restaurant. The condo looks over the back alley of the restaurant. In addition, the pool heater was broken for 4 days and we had to move our cars to the street for a construction project they were doing. We left 4 days early.

Wonderful Property, Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay on Manasota Key! The property was clean and updated - they are somewhat older buildings, so we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in at how nice the interiors were. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. There are multiple bars & restaurants within easy walking distance (~.4 miles) which we also enjoyed. The pool was heated and clean - we spent a few days in there relaxing in the sun. We spent nights on the private beach enjoying the sunset. Overall, it was a great stay - we all agreed we would go again! **sidenote, we highly recommend the service at the Waverly restaurant!

Condo 2B

Location was good, parking was a bit tight, pool was disappointing, pool was stated as clean but appearance was not inviting. Walking to the beach, wasn’t easy for us, as signs posted everywhere of “no trespassing “ were observed. Unit was stocked with basic essentials.

Nice condo

Everything was very nice and clean. Had a washer and dryer outside on the screen in porch in a closet that was handy. Easy access to multiple restaurants within walking distance. Parking was available but tight as you have a single drive access in and out of the complex.

We enjoyed our stay!

This was our first time at Englewood Beach/Manasota Key and this condo was great. The second-floor unit was very nice, clean and in working condition. This unit overlooks the private pool within the condos (4 buildings). Good amenities with some beach extras like chairs, umbrella and some sand toys. Beach towels too. Great location too. Easy walk across the street through private access point to Englewood beach. Made use of Stumpy's free ride in the area. Kids had a great time swimming and relaxing. Met a couple other families from other units (some are not rented at this time) so it was pretty quiet overall. Adjacent street/community is private and they don't like people walking down their road. Tried fishing off dock on bay near fourth building but no luck. We were overall very happy with this rental property and our stay. Would stay here again!

Great Location/ Cute Clean Condo

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and in a great location! It's within walking distance to Englewood Beach and restaurants. All four of us agree that if we return to this area we would definitely stay here again.

Great property

Stayed for a few nights when contractors were a bit slower than they said they'd be. This rental is a bit more north than most which is a bit quieter than most. Its close to a less busy part of the beach which is a big plus. Stairs (1 flight) are a bit steep but the inside of the house is very well appointed. Great view of the gulf from the unit.
