Your upcoming vacation is here! Come and enjoy this lovely, warm, recently renovated apartment with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is clean and spacious.There are two queen mattresses and one full-size bed available. A large smart TV with access to free Wifi and streaming channels. There is free parking on the premises, and there is also free street parking. We treat each and every visitor like family. We are here to help you with everything you require to make your stay wonderful!

Please get in touch with me if you're a traveling professional or nurse looking to stay here more than one month, will accommodate you accordingly.

The space:
The apartment is close ( walking distance) to many local restaurants, playgrounds, transportation, and ice cream parlors. It is a great central location for anyone looking for some city-living fun. There is no central AC only unit ACs ( these are the ones that go into the window).


There are plenty of nearby eateries, bakeries, museums, paint bars, golf courses, theatres, and things to do while you're here! The home is close to locations like Rock Spot Climbing, Blue Hills Ski Area, Fenway Park, or Gillette Stadium.


City Noise Notice

Please note that our home is located in the city of Boston, where normal city sounds such as traffic, buses, trains, and neighborhood activity should be expected. While we provide earplugs and other amenities to help make your stay more comfortable, we kindly ask that guests who are very sensitive to noise consider whether a city stay is the right fit before booking. If you require a very quiet environment, we respectfully recommend choosing accommodations outside of Boston.

The entire property was extraordinarily clean. The pictures were very accurate. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. I was able to park my Yukon extended in the driveway, so I didn't have to worry about parking on the street. Thank you for having us at your place.

Very big place close to the train station for easy access into the city. We were a family of 6 and had plenty of space. There is a lot of street and train noise but we brought sound machines and slept very well. Host was super helpful and responsive with questions. Perfect place to explore Boston from and relax at after a fun day in the city!

We had a great stay in Boston for our family vacation! The apartment was very clean and plenty big enough for my family of four. The kitchen was well equipped to make some meals and there were plenty of seating options. There was a specific spot in the driveway for us to park that was plenty big enough for my Chevy Traverse. The host was very responsive and checked in on us a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed. We had an issue with the shower but they were able to get it looked at and fixed within a few hours.

The home was clean and roomy and as described with easy parking right outside. The host provided a keurig, coffee pods, and creamer, as well as mugs, plates, silverware, and toilet paper. There was a gas station with a shop right next door where we purchased bottled water, and snacks for the kids. Thanks for a great stay!

The property is in a great location for public transport into Boston which runs from very early morning until very late in the night. Unfortunately, for us, we struggled with the noise from both the road (including bus stop at the front of the house) and the railway lines at the rear. There were air coolers fitted in some of the window frames but as the vents were cased in a plastic material they offered limited insulation from the noise. As such it felt and sounded like the windows were open all the time and we struggled to sleep for the duration of our stay. The owner did provide ear plugs but unfortunately they didn’t really help us.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the property conveniently located for public transportation into Boston. We provide normal unit ACs as the description states. Every AC in the US is made from plastic so I am confused about your statement. However.. We do want to clarify for future guests that this is a city property, and with that comes normal city noise, including traffic, buses, and nearby public transportation. We are transparent about the location and provide earplugs and other accommodations to help make guests more comfortable. If you are particularly sensitive to traffic, train, or general city noise, we respectfully ask that you please do not book our property, as we cannot control the sounds that come with staying in the city of Boston. Guests looking for a much quieter environment may be better suited staying outside of Boston in an area such as Quincy or another surrounding community. We appreciate your stay and your feedback, but we also encourage future guests to consider whether a city environment is the right fit for them before booking.

Spent 6 nights on the property with my 3 kids. The apartment was spacious, plenty of room for us and everything you could need in the kitchen. Having a parking space was a huge help as well as the bus that runs to the Orange Line train stopping right outside(about 50min to commute to downtown). There is noise from the commuter train and buses but they stop around 11p and don’t start back again until the morning so not an issue for us. There is a 7-11 2 stores down for quick necessities and Rons ice cream a bit further for treats. The rooms do get bright a bit early so I suggest eye shades if your someone who likes to sleep in. Gladys the host was easy to communicate with any questions. I would recommend if you are looking for easy to commute to downtown Boston

Host very welcoming and communicative. The apartment was beautiful with wood floors and well appointed. Great location to Boston attractions and a great kitchen if you enjoy cooking - we did. I recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Boston. A accommodation.

Quick Trip to Boston

We really enjoyed our stay here, the place was exactly as advertised! They really make this feel like a home and they did add more seating in the living room! The only down fall was the train! But overall would stay again!

I would say that the check in process was excellent and informative- I would agree with the reviews about the train noise but we used a white noise app and that pretty much fixed the problem. The previous reviews mentioned that the host left a gift basket with snacks but we didn’t receive one so I would plan to bring your own as well as shampoo or conditioner since there was none provided. The house had blinds but just a heads up- it gets bright very early in the morning and the blinds do not keep the sun out. The check out process was super easy which was a plus.

Great Place

We were in town for a conference for work and didn't want to stay in a hotel. The place was very clean and smelled amazing. Perfect space 3 friends to stay. Host was great she answered when reaching out before the stay and the arrival was seamless.

Great stay in a charming home

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was exactly as advertised. It’s very clean and in a cute borough with some great restaurants and shops and any other convenience you might need. The apartment has a large kitchen that’s great for cooking your own meals if you wish to do so. Check in was completely seamless even though we were arriving late at night.

Wonderful location

Had a 2 night stay in Boston, this location was perfect. Lots of good restaurants close and a grocery store was a few blocks either way. We were able to take the bus/train to downtown and the train back (stop is less than 10 minutes walk).The property was great for our family, we were able to cook breakfast one of the mornings. There was some confusion on the initial check-in but the host was there to save the day!

Quick Boston trip

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at this property. They property manager was very attentive and responsive. The property was very clean and was equipped with our favorite snacks and drinks which we throughly enjoyed. For us the location is exactly what we needed to quickly and easily get to our planned events in Boston. Thanks for letting us stay with you!

Very nice place not far from Boston

We enjoyed our stay there and we didn’t mind the street and train noise as it’s not unlike other cities. The hosts really had the house neatly set up and very clean throughout, and we appreciated the updated living room with additional seating. Very pleasantly surprised to see some of the small amenities waiting for us, as the small things go a long way to make us feel welcome!Overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend it highly.!

The host was amazing! She checked on us multiple times. The place was very clean! We had one issue and the host resolved it within an hour. The pictures on the VRBO site do need to be updated. The place is very spacious!There were four adults staying here. The amenities were perfect. The only issue we had, that cannot be controlled by the host, was the outside noise is very loud. It is on a busy street. The bus stops in front of the property and the train runs behind it. Also, when the host says read the parking signs….make sure you do it! We received parking ticket. If you are hungry and want some amazing food near by, eat at Sophias Grotto! The food is amazing!!!!! It was hard to find-but so worth it!!!

Lovely apartment

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Be aware that traffic is horrible and it can take a very long time to travel even a few miles. Plan accordingly!
