Guest Access:

Entire house except the garage and cleaning closets.



The Neighborhood:

Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet, the cars will not pass by our house if they do not live on the block. The walk to the community pool and community center is 30 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive.



Getting Around:

We are a gated community, we would need all the drivers names to put down for the gate. Maximum of 6 cars onsite.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review our house rules. General Rules - Early check-in and late check-out: A late check-out or an early check-in may be possible if our schedule allows. Please request this at the time of booking. If approved in advance, we are happy to offer it complimentary. However, any unauthorized stay past 11:00 AM will result in a $400 late check-out fee. - Minimum age to book: 25 years old, unless the group is a family with members of varying ages (such as parents, children, and grandparents). - Guest registration: All guests must be registered prior to check-in. The host will provide an online registration link. All adult guests may be required to provide a government-issued ID. Day guests are not permitted without prior written approval from the host. - Pets: Pets are not allowed in the home. - Footwear: No outdoor shoes inside the house. - Doors: Please keep all exterior doors closed at all times. Health & Safety - No fireworks or firecrackers! Immediate eviction and forfeiture of security deposit upon violation. - For the security of our guests and property, CCTV cameras operate on the exterior of the home. - Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be applied if this rule is violated. - Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please avoid loud music or excessive noise during this time. The property is equipped with noise monitors. A $250 fine applies for each violation. - No glassware, food, or drinks are permitted in the sauna, pool, or hot tub. Amenities & Property - Keep all equipment, furniture, and décor in their original setup. - Only toilet paper may be flushed. Please dispose of all other items in the bins provided. - Keep Hot Tub & Pool covered when not in use. Cleanliness & Care - Maintain the home in a reasonably clean condition throughout your stay. - No glitter, confetti, or candles inside the house. - Avoid using makeup, tanning products, or hair dye on white linens, towels, or upholstery. Stains on furniture or bedding are billed separately and are not included in the cleaning fee. - Notify the host promptly of any accidental damage or issues so they can be addressed efficiently. Parking & Access - Park only in the driveway — no parking on grass or street. Six parking spaces are available. - Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. - Do not tamper with Wi-Fi routers, cameras, or other home systems. Security Deposit & Damages - A $500 security deposit is collected separately by the property owner 48 hours before check-in. - The host reserves the right to recover costs for replacement, repair, or deep cleaning if needed. - The deposit is refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no issues are found. Rule Violations - Guests who violate house rules may have their reservation canceled immediately and be evicted without refund, including forfeiture of the security deposit. - Minimum stay length during holidays is 3 nights. - If guest books only 1 weekend night (Friday or Saturday), the weekend rate would apply to non-weekend night. Guest will be responsible for the difference. The home is designed for a peaceful, high-quality stay — your cooperation helps us maintain that standard for every guest.

Please note: Our community requires guest to sign the short term rental contract three days prior to check in. We need all the drivers name with driver license to access our community. Also, we need all the guest name and if they are under 21.
