Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Pretty Condo with an Amazing View!

The condo was pretty and very well equipped. The view was Amazing! The pool area was very clean and well kept. The outside of condo was clean and well maintained. Having beach supplies in the condo for the guest to use was a big plus. We will be back to stay there again next year.

Don’t expect alot

This unit was not very nice. The furnishings were poor. The table that I guess was supposed to be a dining table was a wood toped card type table and the wood was damaged on one side. We had to put a towel over it because we kept scratching our arms on it where it was damaged with splintering wood. No beach towels were in the unit, floor not very clean. Shower pressure and head not very good.

Perfect location

Location was perfect as it was about 15 miles away from the crowds & traffic of Gulf Shores. Our view from the balcony looked out over the gulf and the walk to the beach was 3-5 minutes. Owners provided a folding wagon to haul our stuff to the beach along with folding chairs, body boards, sand buckets, etc. The whole building was quiet even with several children around. There was quiet time from 10p to 8a. The pool was open 8 to 8 and no matter how many were there it never seemed crowded. Fort Morgan Marina was across the road and we ate several times at Tacky Jacks. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. It would be great for families or couples.

It was so easy getting settled in for several reasons. The detailed email instructions were clear and complete. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary accessories. The best thing was the beach view.

Love family beach

It is a safe and quiet place, real family beach, everything was how it’s look I. The pictures, the best sofa bed to I try before,just couple issues to fit back 😜but we learn before check out,dollars general so closed and couple Moreno mece to shopping, No beach umbrella 😢😢 but I found it not to expensive at dollar general, chairs,toys and little more things,. If you thing cook bring couple more pans just 2 in the apartment 😜, their still on construction around so don’t going to sleep long 😢, well we had a great days 😁😁🌊🌊🌊

Memorial Day Get-Away

I took a friend who had never been to Alabama beaches. The condo was perfect - except the first night when the AC was not functioning properly. It was very hot and uncomfortable. The next morning, I called Vacassa and ended up texting with them. Following their directions, I was able to troubleshoot the problem with the Smart thermostat. It took awhile, but the condo eventually cooled down. We loved the 7th floor view and the location of The Dunes. Even on a holiday weekend, it wasn't so crowded we couldn't enjoy the area attractions. We would rent this condo again.
