Steps from Wrigley Field, my 2 bed/2 bath + Den penthouse with a private rooftop is the perfect “home base” for your group. With the excitement of Wrigleyville in your backyard and the sights of downtown are a quick train ride away.

This location is only two blocks from the Addison Red Line "El" stop which will take you to downtown Chicago in just 15-20 minutes! We are within walking distance of dozens of amazing restaurants, shopping, nightlife, public transit, and easy access to the lake with running trails and beaches. Wrigley Field is now a year round destination including not only major league baseball all summer long, but now is known as a world class music venue for top performers, a celebrated college football stadium and during the holidays, the Gallagher Way Park, located just outside the park, transforms to the "Chriskindlmarket Wrigleyville"! Enjoy holiday inspired food, drinks, shopping and a well lit, full service, ice skating rink!
Due to the condo’s location being 0.1 miles from Wrigley Field parking is limited. One parking spot is available with your booking. An additional parking spot can be purchased on a daily rate if reserved at least two weeks in advance.

The main floor features an open floor plan that combines the kitchen with the main floor living space with an abundance of natural light. The main floor also has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The top floor features a den with a queen bed.

Excellent property in perfect location close to Wrigley. Parking space was an added bonus. Check in and check out were very easy, and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was clean, exactly as described, and perfectly stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location is great- very close to Wrigley Field so we decided to go to a Cubs game b/c we could walk there! The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to return.

Location was perfect - very walkable neighborhood with red line access just a short walk away. Surprisingly quiet even though it’s so close to the stadium/ bars. Plenty of space for family of 4 - but our kids are older (10 and 15). I wouldn’t recommend with small kids who can’t carry their own stuff - 2 flights of stairs to get up to the condo, and another set to get up to the deck / bed at top of stairs. But this was not an issue for us. The rooftop deck was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day.

Great location! We stayed here for a concert at Wrigley. The host is easily accessible. Spacious rooms. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of windows and natural light, but that also leads to warmth. More window coverings may help, including the skylights if that’s possible.

This place was amazing. By far my favorite VRBO in Chicago situated in a very nice neighborhood. The unit was as described and very clean. Location is everything and this place was perfectly located. Wrigley Field was a 3 minute walk and train station was a minute more. There are tons of bars and restaurants in the area as well. As a bonus the host has a private parking spot he will reserve for you and if you’ve never been in Chicago believe me this a huge perk! I can’t say enough good things about the host. He was very responsive and accommodating. The group I was with all agreed on our next trip back this unit is our first choice!

Fantastic location just a few blocks from Wrigley Field. The parking spot was a huge plus. The apartment was very clean and fairly spacious. We enjoyed the rooftop space every night. Ashton was very quick and pleasant responding to questions. We had an excellent stay and would definitely rent the space again.

House was absolutely beautiful… The only issue was the upstairs room was a little warm due to the air condition not reaching up there. But with a fan, we got it to be tolerable.

Great house and location

House was perfect for our 3 day Cubs getaway. Great place to relax after sight seeing, then very close to wrigley stadium and all the bars and restaurants. Will definitely look to stay here again.

We have just wrapped up our bachelorette trip, and this stay was perfect. I would recommend not driving on this trip because parking in this area is complicated, but the proximity to public transportation, Wrigley field, and tons of great bars and restaurants makes up for this. The photos don’t do this space justice. The rooftop patio is a great place to gather. As are the sun-drenched living room and spacious kitchen. It was much cuter than other similar-sized vrbos nearby. Great value and no trouble communicating with host.

This is a terrific place to stay if you are coming into town for a Cubs game. Wrigley Field is less than five minutes by foot. There are a lot of bars, restaurants, and cafes within a ten-minute walk. The red line is very accessible as are crosstown buses. Even though we were close to Wrigley Field, the street that the condo is on is still quiet and leafy. The only thing that I would caution is the loft on the second floor is very warm. I might not count on it if you stay during the summertime. The AC just can't reach that area. They do have a blowup mattress in a closet. If you need the extra bed, that might be a better option. Also, this might not be the place for those with mobility challenges. You have to go up and down two steep flights of stairs. Host communication and ease of access was excellent.

Overall, the experience was good. It was labor-day weekend, so the clubs across from our stay were very loud, but eventually quiet down. Parking was tight, but kudos to the owner for squeezing another spot for our SUV. The location was great with plenty of access to restaurants in Wrigley town.

Amazing place to stay!!!

This property was the absolute perfect place for my friend’s bachelorette weekend! Ashton the host was very accommodating and responded fast whenever I had a question. The location is fantastic, the layout was spacious, and the most important thing was we felt safe. 10/10 experience!!!

Bachelorette party

Great place to stay for a bachelorette party. Very clean with plenty of space for everyone. The property was extremely clean with plenty amenities. Felt very safe & loved the location to Wrigley & all of the bars! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic location & amazing accommodations

My youngest son, father, and I stayed a long weekend. With food and Cubs game priority we couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our stay! The host was very helpful throughout the weekend and quick to respond to any questions we had and was even helpful with some parking issues (our fault). Will definitely stay again when we return to Chicago!!

Cool House. Great Location

We loved the neighborhood and location 1 block from Wrigley Field. Lots of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The house was clean and comfortable. It easily slept 7 of us. The kids loved playing with the foodball table
