Welcome to Beach Broke, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath duplex just one block from the public beach access! With room for up to 8 guests, this home is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

Steps to the Sand: Walk just one minute to enjoy the pristine white sandy beaches and the convenience of a clean, well-maintained public bathroom and shower at the entrance.

Prime Location: You're within walking distance of Bahama Bob's, The Hangout, West Beach Coffee House, Pier 33 Groceries, Lauria's Italian Bar and Bistro, High Tide Daiquiri's, Alvin’s Island and more. A quick 15-minute drive takes you to The Wharf Amphitheater for concerts and entertainment.

Just a block off of the main drag. 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Close to several restaurants from Seafood to Italian. This place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It even came with a beach cart with chairs and sand toys. We would definitely recommend this place for a visit.

Loved the close walk to the beach. Home is within walking distance to several restaurants. Our dog lived hanging out on the balcony with us so she could watch everything!

Property was very clean and welcoming. Only thing I would have asked for was some more basic essentials as we had to go purchase trash bags, salt and pepper, and did not have any basic cleaning supplies such as to wipe down the counter tops. It does state they only provided basics but would have preferred some of the extras that every renter can use so we don’t have to purchase it for only a few days.

The host was great and helpful. The place didn’t look like the photos though, It’s a lot older. We had trouble regulating The showers in both bathrooms. One of them couldn’t be regulated. There was no beach or ocean view.

We do want to clarify that since the photos were taken, we have purchased and placed new couches in the living room and completed a major update to the entire upstairs flooring, including installing brand-new carpet on the stairs and hallway along with LVP in the bedrooms. We apologize if the appearance differed from what you expected based on the listing photos. We’re also sorry to hear you experienced difficulty regulating the showers. Had we been made aware of the issue during your stay, we would have been happy to assist and troubleshoot it right away to ensure everything was working properly for you. Regarding the view, our listing does not advertise a direct beach or ocean view, but we understand how important that can be when choosing a vacation property. Great location, easy walk to the beach, local restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Many balconies to choose from if you like the sun or the shade depending on the time of day. Nice walkable area a block off the main road for walking your dog. Would stay here again!

We had so much fun! House was clean and offered a nice location… beach and concert at the wharf plus a clean and comfy stay- could not ask for a better quick vacay on way to Disney!

This was a great place to stay for our beach weekend! There was plenty of room for myself, 3 teenage kids and my parents. Plus it was nice to be able to bring the dogs with us. The kitchen was stocked with very nice appliances and dishes. The multiple balconies were very relaxing. It is a duplex and there was another family next to us, but they were very nice and we only significantly heard them when they were packing up to go. The owners were very responsive throughout the entire process. The walk to the beach was minimal and we were able to walk back very easily for anything we forgot. If I am ever back in gulf shores, I will definitely consider staying here again.

On a quiet street only 1 block to the beach and walkable to so many other places in Gulf Shores, what's not to love? The Hangout is .7miles away, and an easy walk. The Wharf Amphitheater and Flora-Bama are both only a 20 minute drive away.

3 balconies await you for relaxation, and the beach is only 1 block away (1 minute walk). We provide our guests with a beach wagon, 4 beach chairs, and sand toys. Feel like exploring, walk to The Hangout for some good food and GREAT music. Lauria's by the Beach is also outstanding, and right around the corner. Thirsty? Head to the famous Pink Pony! It's all right there!
